After only one year and two more stylists we outgrew our first location. Today they have an environmentally conscious full service Aveda salon inside The Atrium in Rancho Mirage serving our guests with now 5 stylists and their amazing front desk manager. Our commitment is to exceed your expectations from the moment you walk through the doors.
A great haircut requires a great Consultation, Haircuts are our most popular service, we are highly trained and educated and it is very important to us that you are extremely happy with your hair. So we sit down and have a thorough talk on what your goals are for your hair, with a series of questions we will learn about the history of your hair.
All services include complimentary AVEDA rituals: comforting tea, stress relieving neck & scalp massage, and a hand rejuvenating treatment with every visit. If you have canceled two or more times in a row, a 50% deposit will be required to book future services. Arriving late to a service may result in your service needing to be rescheduled.
Got my hair done last minute by Angelica on Friday, hands down BEST service I've ever received. From the second you walk in and receive a warm welcome to the time you leave. I was very hesitant about getting a pixie hair cut for the longest time. Angelica sat with me and after a thorough consultation I received the BEST pixie cut ever!
We recommend to come back for a touch up every 4-6 weeks to maintain your color and to keep it looking fresh. Using all the authentic brazilian blowout products, this service should be repeated every 3 months for smoother results. In some cases the hair will become straighter and other cases the hair is frizz free.

I'm from Los Angeles and I only let one other person cut my hair there.
When I move down here I went to the Aveda salon as I love their products and I had my haircut better than I've ever had my haircut in my life seriously!
I'm letting my hair grow out gray I have stopped coloring it and the way Felipe cut it, omg it just looks so so beautiful thank you so much!

I could not be happier with my new cut and style. Ana listened to what I had was looking for in a cut, offered suggestions, did not rush the service, and the outcome is perfect. She is current in her training and so is her staff. It is evident Agape is a quality salon.

At Agape salon, Felipe is the stylist professional that I have visited three times now in the past year. Although I always have great expectations when visiting a salon, I find it rare to find the _lasting quality_ of hair care, coloring and cut from _most_ salons. Location is part of a small strip mall with lots of parking. I arrived to a friendly staff that followed hygiene procedure (I even got a new mask to wear! ) My hair stylist, Christine, was friendly and truly engaged with what I was seeking for my hair. My head was washed and it was the most relaxing head massage I received. I love how my long bob turned out and how she blow dryed my hair. I'm bummed the undercut style wasn't symmetrical like I had shown in my reference photo, but my hair will grow so not a huge biggie. In total, $58. I was very surprised to read the review below from Jacqueline in which she claimed she was required to wear two masks at Agape. I have had my hair done at Agape many times during the pandemic and have never been required to wear two masks. That is just ridiculous and absolutely not true. As for their professionalism, it is top notch. Every person at the salon bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable in the salon and happy with your experience and your haircut. I would highly recommend this salon.

I’ve had several hair appointments with different stylists and they’re always fantastic! Felipe is my go to now but everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Always a nice relaxing experience and the pricing is beyond fair. Clean, stylish environment, with covid precautions taken per usual. The products used are just fabulous overall a high end experience; warm neck towels and special details. After they made my birthday by taking my last minute appointment, I went ahead and booked for my mother in law who is now also a regular. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to Indio and am looking for a new place to get my hair colored, cut, and refreshed. I found Agape Salon from Yelp. I must admit, I was taken by the name of the salon. Agape love is higher than all love. I read the Yelp reviews and called. It was suggested that I come in for a consultation before an appointment was scheduled. good idea. I have been coming to agape for years to see Ana. This holiday she was booked and I saw Felipe and I am so happy I did! He did an absolutely incredible job on my cut and color/balayage. I called on the Fourth of July and they had an appointment with Ashley. Wow how lucky was I to get this amazing stylist and on a holiday! I'm super particular and have gone to some of the top stylist in Los Angeles. Although Ashley is young she is excellent at her job and totally fixed a botched hair job by me. I went to this salon to get my hair layered. I was lucky enough to get Angelica Lopez. I was pleased to see that new clients fill out a paper describing what we would like done with our hair that day and how we normally like to style it. When I sat in the chair she sat with me and looked at the paper and confirmed what I wanted and asked me more questions about what I was looking for. I can't explain how much I appreciated her sitting with me and having a conversation first before touching my hair.

So regretful that I chose this salon. I went in with a clear explanation of the color I wanted, and even showed Ana Lisa several photos of my platinum hair color on MY head. I stressed that my biggest concern was that she get the right color. Well, not only did it turn out so bad, I ended up with pinkish purplish hair!! She never said a word when she took off the foils, just turned my chair away from the mirror and proceeded to blow it out, knowing full well what a disaster it was! When I turned my head to look, I was shocked! To think I was afraid of a brassy color. This was pink hair!

I came from out of town and recently had surgery which has disallowed me to be able to blow dry/ style my hair for the past two weeks.
