I will also recommend Haute Floral to any bride to be in the Dallas area. Kristen and her team knew exactly what I was looking for in my vision. They also sent a proposal with which flowers they would be using in florals which helped a lot. I loved them all!!!

I DON'T HAVE THE WORDS! Our flowers were absolutely stunning. Kristen and the team crushed it. Literally everyone I've talked to has commented on how perfect the fireplace was- the colors, size, structure. And the bouquets!! My vision was perfectly executed. Flowers are ridiculously expensive- we all know that. But they totally worked with me to provide different options in spots where I wanted to save. Cannot recommend this team enough!!

Yes to Haute Floral!! Everything she made was vibrant and incredible. I am a colors person, and she delivered on the colors. I showed her about 8 bouquet's I liked and none of them looked anything alike, and she managed to find a style that I loved! She was a joy to work with, and beyond her flowers, I loved all of her candles and lantern decor.

The bouquets and decor provided by Haute Floral on our wedding day were outstanding! From the beginning they listened to my ideas, looked at my Pinterest board, and talked through different options with me. They shared their opinions of what might look best without pushing or pressuring me to go with their ideas. All of the costs are quoted up front and the proposal actually listed the different types of flowers that would be included so there are no surprises. They created a bouquet for my bridal portraits and when I asked for a few adjustments for my actual wedding bouquet the team was so accommodating

Haute Floral was our choice of floral vendor at our daughter's wedding. So much was great, the reception centerpieces and bouquets. There were two hiccups; the bridal photo bouquet ( I was charged extra) and the wedding cake flowers.
This is what I think happened: Haute Floral must have had a larger, more lucrative event at the same time. The flowers at our event were handled by the restaurant staff and by two HF employees.

The cake flowers weren't what we wanted and the stems weren't wrapped with floral tape, they were just cut and stuck onto the $1000 cake.

Haute Floral did an amazing job for my daughter's wedding. They worked hard to capture the vision that she wanted and gave us creative ideas to get the most for our budget. They showed up a little early and quickly had everything set up. The flowers were just a dream come true for our daughter!

I honestly don't know what to say I was getting such positive feedback and quick response but when it came to the product and the quality they put in I was annoyed. They arrived to the wedding more than a hr late. I was only able to get 1 shot with the flowers I never had them in my bridal pictures because they did not arrive when they said they would. My husband flower was replaced 3x!! Because they kept dying ! And we were short what we ordered! Of course this was kept from me on my big day but I am so upset/annoyed the price you pay does not reflect the quality!

I wanted a custom floral arrangement for my Aunt who lives and works in the Dallas area. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted and the impression I wanted my Aunt to receive with the flowers. I wanted something that was going to be fairly large in size and would move her.

As I live in Los Angeles, I had to make more than a couple of inquiries via website contact submission and/or phone call to local Dallas floral shops to try to achieve this. I did not call or try to work with your average FTD type florist. I wanted very custom. After calling numerous custom floral shops

Kristen & the Haute Floral team did such a great job with our wedding! From the consult to setup and cleanup—everything was perfect. I asked for a big, loose wedding bouquet and she nailed it! She also was very conscious about our budget. For example, I wanted a table runner of eucalyptus and instead of tying the eucalyptus leaves together, she laid them down in a line. Not hand-tying the leaves saved us about $300. Haute Floral also makes it really easy to ask for small changes to the proposal in the months leading up to the wedding. I booked Haute Floral for my wedding on June 24th. Kristen, the owner, has such a great personality and will instantly make you feel at ease. I went in with minimal floral knowledge, but after our consultation, Kristen created a floral plan. She is great to work with, and will tell you what's feasible with the seasons. I cannot say enough how sad I am to be leaving a one star review for Kristen. When we first met, I thought we clicked immediately and she was incredibly nice and professional florist. Little did I know how much I would end up hating what she delivered.

Kristen did my flower arrangements for my wedding and she did such an amazing job. I told her that my husband and I want structural modern arrangements and that was exactly what we got. She was so sweet to arrange 2 bouquets for our mothers for free. So to see someone's else review on here thinking that she only work w people who has a higher budget maybe a false statement. Mine wasn't that much more. My husband and I continue to order from Kristen for small events and holidays.

Kristen was GREAT! She did beautiful arrangements for my event. No, let me revise that. Kristen did AMAZING arrangements for my event. She added bling, she used her best mercury vases, added candles and actually doubled my flowers in my flower arrangements at no extra charge and not even per my request. She is an absolute sweetheart and she even hand cut blinged out sheets of rhinestones to make my chair sashes. I too am saddened that someone left a poor review. My wedding is this Saturday and I have had nothing but positive experiences to express about the decor and how flexible Kristen is. Just yesterday I called her asking to deliver extra rose petals to the church (which is not even where she is providing us her services--our reception is 35 minutes away from the church) and she happily agreed to accommodate the request.
