I recently purchased a bracelet for my mother through BijouRocks with direct communication over email with Reine who was incredibly helpful in helping me quickly select and create the perfect bracelet for my mom's birthday. Reine was extremely quick in responding to my questions and requests and shipped exceptionally quickly. While I haven't seen the bracelet myself yet due to quarantine, all that matters is that my mother was ecstatic with her new bracelet.
