The lady working tried to close a whole hour early and would let me in until I kept on asking what time do they actually close because their hours say 5. I’m pretty sure this is the same lady the other reviews are talking about. She is currently saying bad things about me to customers. And told two people to leave. Her friend left and called me a b****, I guess she was trying to leave early to go out with her. She is being very rude and continues to say bad things about me to customers. You can tell she just doesn’t want to be here. I wish I could’ve left my job an hour before we closed so

Worst place to go for insurance very un proffecional gladys is rude to the customers keeps you on hold for about 20 mins and then hangs up on you. Then try calling again and answered the phone and said that it was the somerville office even though i recognized her voice and she hung the phone again had the BMW car dealer waiting for a fax only cause she knew i was there waiting.
