Absolutely the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. I had an accident in my car and I have always had rental on my policy. Well they forgot to add it and I was without a car for over a week. Seeing nothing could be done but make sure they added then. Well it gets worse they added it and sent me a bill for 9 bucks. I pay 100% of my insurance each year. I didn't think a $9.00 bill would cancel my policy if I didn't pay within 30 days. Wrong!!! I called them about it and literally got yelled at. I could not believe it. Hello I'm the customer and a good one I may add
