I started professionally inspecting houses after years in the real estate industry rehabbing and flipping houses. After seeing issues first hand, and seeing what other inspectors missed, I was moved to help people. At My Inspection Guys we understand that buying a home is usually the biggest investment in one's life.
Window treatments let you control light, privacy, and temperature while adding style to your space. But which should you select? Blinds and curtains each have benefits and drawbacks. Blinds are cheaper to make and quicker to install, so they are cheaper. Flash floods happen suddenly, in a flash, with very little warning, sometimes being created in minutes while the storm is still overhead.
