I have been in the residential property industry for 15 years with experience in all facets of the industry, from private investing in single family homes for rental and resale, renovation and remodeling contractor, previously held a Mortgage Brokers License, Real Estate License as well as being a homeowner.

As a contractor, I was so impressed with how thorough Ken was when I hired him to inspect one leaking window that caused damage to drywall underneath. He said, "While I'm here, you should probably just let me check all the windows and flashing around the house since you have to pay me for a visit anyway". I found that to be so thoughtful because he could've charged me for the window and left. We actually found some windows that need to be caulked. We would not have known this if he hadn't offered to look around. I highly recommend Ken - what a super nice guy! I will be using him again.

I can't thank Nick enough for the great job he did on my latest home inspection. The house was still occupied with the owner home and the house full and difficult to navigate around. He was there early ready to go. He was polite and very professional and did an incredible job and did a great job discussing the inspection and any concerns he had. Would definitely recommend.

Office staff was extremely patient and helpful in answering questions prior to scheduling. Company was flexible in cancelling 8pm night before inspection was scheduled and in rescheduling quickly to accommodate sellers limited availability. Inspector texted morning of scheduled inspection when eta and was on time for inspection. Inspection was very detailed and thorough. Inspector answered questioned during the inspection and met after inspection have verbal report, and answered questions. Report was emailed with 24 hours. What I appreciated greatly was the on-site summary of issues that was provided immediately, AND recommendations on how to resolve issues, including referrals for urgent issues. Over the years, I've experienced a number of Home inspections. In this area, Kenco appears to be the obvious choice

We contacted Kenco Home Inspections to have a 4-Point Inspection done for our home. We spoke with Zach regarding this and he was able to set up an appointment for two days later. We had to call him back a few times to ask questions and to give him information regarding the home. He was very responsive and patient with all of our concerns.
Nick, our inspector, was prompt and very knowledgeable. He performed the inspection in a very efficient and thorough manner. We received our completed, comprehensive inspection report two hours after Nick left our home!

I have used Ken for three prior home inspections and I always request him because he is thorough and professional. He shows up on time and provides you with a written report within a matter of days. His findings allow me to make a decision as to whether I will purchase or negotiate a fair price for major findings that may affect the purchase in the long run. Purchased a home and had them inspect it. They did not find the structural leaks in the walls, or identify that the double pane windows were needing replacement due to marks within the double pane. Overall cost of all these repairs is close to $10,000. would never use them again. Inspector was Chris.

Circumstances required that our inspection be rescheduled twice and that a reinspection be done a week later. Kenco was completely flexible and fair in working with us on these initially unanticipated issues.
Their actual report clearly demonstrated their outstanding knowledge of building construction and systems, and was thorough, detailed and formatted in a easy to understand and user-friendly way. We used Kenco today for our inspection in Wellington. We are moving from Texas so could not meet with them in person, but communicated with the team via email and phone. We received a detailed report with pictures in an email only a few hours after completion. Their reporting was amazing! It was organized, thorough and detailed. VERY HAPPY with the service and would highly recommend.
