I work for a small residential interior design firm that deals with the moving and storage of many high end pieces for clients. We started working with A. Santini a year or so ago, and everything was great working with them until they damaged two of my client's tables. Two very high end expensive pieces that we purchased insurance on through A. Santini. After the damages were done and taken into account, they REFUSED to pay the cost to replace my client's damaged dining table.
