I am offering this service because I feel that you need to understand the importance of knowing your metabolic blueprint. Charts and apps only go by height and weight. Metabolic Testing has been around many years, however, the devices available were uncomfortable and not easy for the participant. Fortunately that has changed with the device I've chosen to use.
