Will be the most friendly and nicest people when trying to get your business. Once that's done you can't even get a hold of the property manager.
Jenny is her name. I honestly have not met such irresponsible property manager.
There is A LOT of dumpster divers, homeless, creepers, etc that will go into the apt and roam around looking for things. I have reported this to Jenny, but she acts like it's not a big deal as long as the trespassers are not hurting anyone.
I would agree but I paid a good amount of money to live in a gated community. What is the point of having that gate

Horrible apartments . The pictures on their website is DEFINITELY not how they look like. Everything is painted OVER AND OVER and you can DEFINITELY tell. They make the backyards look nice with red wood chips but they lied to me and at the end they told me NO WE ARENT PUTTING THOSE EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE PAYING $2,100 for a 2 bed room apartment. Horrible horrible horrible. I was lied to and wasted a week of my time. For the price to be in a box with NO NICE AMENITIES would be so dumb of a choice to move in.

Pros: Maintenance guy is very quick to respond and friendly.
Cons: Where to begin...ah I remember! During my time at this location here are the things most prominent in my mind: Roaches, apartment being flooded from the next door unit, paint chipping in various places, towel rack in the bathroom falling off, hallway cabinet falling off and nearly eliminating my foot, getting ripped off in the laundry room, NOT having a place to park my car as they worked on paving the parking area, incredible heat in the summer with no AC, occasional outbursts late at night from belligerent individuals, ants

I don't leave reviews often but they just sent us our move out invoice and it is ridiculous. We cleaned the heck out of our one bedroom unit and the charges well over $400 for cleaning? The unit itself already had so many issues when we were in it. Roaches, flooding from the next door unit, paint chipping and they have the nerve to request more than our security deposit from us? Also, when they sent the move out invoice they sent black and white pictures of the carpet Stains. In color and real life the marks are minimal but they made them appear way worse. Me and my son was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment, so we decided to check this place; the first time I arrive to the place I feel that I will live here forever. Nice environment and community.
I met Jenny Menendez the community manager she is very friendly and approachable, she explained to me everything about the terms of the Apartment, she tour me too to see the exact 1 bedroom apartment that i am looking for, when I saw it it was a two thumbs up. I was surprise that the unit is very big and spacious. I like the wood flooring too. I'm excited to move here by June this year. Thank you again

The property has gone down since the new manager has come in. They don't want to do nothing when you go to them when something needs to be fixed. It's gotten really dirty around here nasty trash droppings and no one has cleaned it up and overall the complex isn't what it was whrn Amy was around. The apartments are so old and all they do is repaint over everything and the problems are still there

My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and it was officially the worst place we have lived in. We paid for ALL utilities including trash and sewer, which is ridiculous considering the water would be shut off at least twice a month! They constantly had to do plumbing repairs and it was throughout the whole year we lived there. It was very annoying and inconvenient. Also, the neighbors would constantly slam their doors and the neighbors downstairs would drum on the walls and once burned a book in their patio, who does that?? However, the manager Amy was always nice and helpful. I can't complain

I really want to say I love this place, but can't. It's courtyard is super adorable. Nice pool. Nice grilling and picnic area. The landscaping is nice. The location is convenient. Really close access to the 5 and 91. Plus lots of shopping centers nearby. Also, the property manager, Amy, is super nice!
We have a one bedroom units, on the bottom... and the size is pretty descent. The layout is cute. Enough space for a small dining table, our huge couch and a love seat. Probably room for a recliner too, if we wanted one. It's a little outdated. Also, everything is painted over with a poor thick white

We lived in this complex for about a year and a half. When we first moved in, Kim was the property manager, and she was very approachable, honest and friendly. Property was maintained well, maintenence was friendly, and quick to respond to issues. Altogether, it was a nice community. As soon as the management changed, you could see the standards slowly dropping, and frankly things seemed to get shady. 1. They claim it's gated community. The only gate there is, it's for the parking lot. Anybody who wishes can get in and out of the property without the key for the front gate. That's why my friend got his 3 tires and wheels stolen from the property between hours of 5-9 pm.
2. Homeless people just hang out there most of the nights. Oh and they had put their clothes in my washer and dryer afterwords to get some of their

I've been living at the Saddleback Pines Apartments for two year now. The people are really friendly and for the most part keep to themselves. I say about half of the families are young couples the rest is a mix of middle age to elderly residents. The teenage populations are not rowdy and seem well behaved. Most residents have lived here for a long time and the move-out ratio is small. Kimberly is the on-site apartment manager she's new to the property (since January 2013) and is really friendly and gets my maintenance request done quickly.....that's all I ask.
