Was stranded on 1/21/20 - my 2017 Nissan Sentra wouldn't start again (push start ignition failure). If i could give zero stars I would these sob's moved a container for me from a trailer to my driveway which took less than a half hour and I was charged $250. Not to mention they sent the wrong truck out and told me that it was my mistake. The driver was polite but he was just a worker. The manager on the phone threatened me that if I didn't pay he would call the police(Which they didnt) and that if I didn't pay the $250 that they would impound my container(Which they didnt). In other words do not use this company for there services unless you want to be ripped off and threatened

I called yesterday to request a tow truck and asked for the total charges the girl that answered the phone quoted me $55.00...I asked several times "are you sure that's all I have to pay" she said yes...when my car was picked up the driver charged me $139.00...I called the office and talked with a man...he was VERY RUDE!!! He accused me of making it up and said "lady...you're the one that made a mistake...the girl had no reason to lie to you.....

DO NOT USE BASSAM TOWING, as they do NOT honor their word and then ignore you, give you the run around and also derail your calls. I was qouted $250/hr for a minimum of 2 hours for a difficult tow. For which I understand, trying to tow a 2-wheeled trailer with 1 wheel can be difficult. However, I asked the agent on the phone before I agreed to that quote, if we managed to get the wheel on, would be cheaper? She said it was up to the technican on whether it was consider difficult or not. We managed to get the wheel on and made the tow smooth as butter but was still charged the minimum of

If your insurance asks you for a formalized invoice/receipt from a Towing company this company will dodge your request. They will take down all the information over the phone, say they will email you the paperwork and then not do it. I've talked to 4 different agents and they all took my info, but never processed my request for a formal invoice.
Also the guy that towed my truck started loading up the vehicle before disabling the parking break. Bad communication or maybe he just didn't notice? I wasn't going to complain about that, but the formal invoice request/no response situation

If i could give no stars i would. They dropped my van during towing which resulted in the shock bolt coming out and after the tow i had to get my shocks replaced which cost me $300 after the expensive $350 tow. When i called to complain i was shouted at and hung up on. Terrible customer service and towing. I will avoid them in the future.

I just had the worst experience with this company , I got the number from a friend. My back passenger exploded while on the freeway. I called they were nice and said it would be 20 minutes , it took em 40. A friendly person driving by helped me out with the spare, I called to cancel. They said there was cancellation fee on the phone of 65 dollars then the driver called me and told me he needed to still see me so I could sign. I waited already late for work and he said it was 49 dollars. I got double charged, the driver said he has to take my card for 49, I now looked at my account and there was
