Miller Towing

It says 24hrs towing you would assume they be opened that late to pick up your car but no , we had to pay an extra day fee charge other than that the lady that helped was very patient and helpful with us she made the transaction very fast. Ee strived at a wrong time and had to kill time, as it was lunch time when we got there. Customer service was very good or maybe it was the lady , thank you!!

Worst tow company ever!!! The cops/sheriffs use this company because they have a contract with them so if you are ever in an accident and your car needs to be towed insist on using a different company. They are horrible to deal with. They are rude and lie to make more money. Was in an accident and sheriffs had vehicle towed by them to their tow yard. When insurance finally finished their investigation and I went to get my vehicle out the ride horrific woman at the window told me "oh you're not getting your vehicle back". THIEVES!!! This company refused to allow me to get my personal property out of my car EVEN WITH THE OWNER PRESENT who paid $725 and agreed to sign the vehicle over. NO TITLE HAD BEEN SIGNED and the lien still has to clear, but they still wouldnt let me get my tools I use to make a living to support my one year old daughter. Over $2000 worth of tools they stole and other items that have sentimental value to me. I dont know how people like this sleep at night. Every employee is rude, especially the lady behind the customer service desk. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

My sisters car was towed after hours. But thankfully they had staff onsite to help with this. Wasn’t exactly cheap but was reasonable for a tow and store. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. After damage done to our vehicle by Clancy’s tow truck driver, trying to get our vehicle fixed is ridiculous!!!! This tow company has definitely gone down hill. We will never use this service again!!! If you need a tow find a different company.

Had a blowout on 8 east at the 805 pass. Called Clancy's at 7:15am and I was home in La Mesa by 8am. Great service and really quick. The guy that answered the phone was polite and friendly. The driver was super cool and offered to take me to a tire shop. I would highly recommend this company! THANKS GUYS!

We had called our insurance company to get our car towed we were in a rural area it was cold and hailing. We had a flat tire. It was unsafe to change right next to road. Clancy said they would be there in about 14pm. I took my wife to work and we drove back to her car at 130pm. They were running about 1 hour late. My wife called and person said oh no one is there yet. They said they would call back and when they did they said oh no one is in the area so we aren't coming. talk about lack of professionalism. If you want to be left stranded in your time of need they are the company for you. I

I called this company because it's the one my insurance works with in the area. In the maybe handful of times I've had to call them, I've never had a bad experience. Had a flat and no tool to get down the spare, tire basically shredded. I thought I would have to wait a very long time since it was a rainy day, but within the hour i was home and eating dinner. Careful and efficient given my seriously messed up tire.

God bless Russ and his team. . i got into a really bad accident yesterday 5/13/20 at 6:15am. i called them and they had my car and the other car picked up and towed to Kaizen Collision in lemon grove by 6:40am . . i am so thankful to have such and amazing tow company on my side. thank you so very much for all you do for me and others.

Had my car towed here and was quoted $100 less on site than when I got to the window. They charged a storage fee of $40 after your car has been there only 1 hour. The people there are nice and that's the only reason why they deserve 1 Star.

Nick was professional, timely and friendly when my van broke down in pine valley. He communicated when he would be there and got the van loaded up quickly. Nice easy drive to where I needed to go along with a good conversation. Would definitely recommend if your even in a tow situation. Thanks nick!

Clancy's Towing has been our "go to" company at the HOA we live in. I've been working with them for over 10 years. We have been contracted with them for on call tow only. There is no patrolling, or sneaky business to try to catch people parked illegally. I've had great response time to a phone call to them when I need a tow. I've always had a professional person, tow-truck driver show up. Sometimes they send too large of a truck for the job, and I forget to tell them that we have limited space for a truck to turn around etc. Other than that I have zero complaints

I cannot remember the guys name(may have been omar) he was around 24 and towed my Cadillac Fleetwood two seperate times in the same day. He treated both me and my car with the utmost respect and care. He was fast and safe always. Not to mention they are one of the few companies you can use with out taking out a second mortgage to pay the bill. Thank you guys! You are my new favorite conpany

Had a 2nd car (Saturn) towed by PD for being on street parked more than 72-hours (funny, moved car the night before to other side of street. Officer Maxwell of El Cajon PD ordered tow, I left message for Office Maxwell to show me documentation like tire markings, that car had been there 72-hours, he never returned my call. Cannot fight city hall), DMV fees current, pending smog (which it failed due to catalytic converter). Clancy's did the tow for PD. These guys were completely unscrupulous. They towed my car for an expired tag and claimed it took 2 hours. They lied and over charged to hold my car for 16 hours. When I inquired about their fraudulent billing they blamed the Sheriffs Office and City of Santee. Sad they couldn't just take ownership, and be accountable.
