I asked Ginger to solder my wedding band to my engagement ring and to my surprise, they were able to complete the job within the week! Though that may not always be the case, I prefer that I get to meet the people taking care of my jewelry. It looked great and the fit is still just as it was.

This place is awesome, don't waste your time going anywhere else. I needed a watch resized and battery changed and was able to get in and out of here for a great price in like 10 minutes. What a great find! I came in just before the closed up on a Saturday to get a new leather watch band. Not only did they have exactly (black leather with white stitching) what I was searching for online, but the owner immediately replaced the band and sent me on my way. I'll definitely be back.

I definitely recommend this place! I needed a 14K gold Kendra Scott ring resized. After Jared's questioned whether it was actually 14K or just gold plated, I was told they couldn't do it without losing the Kendra Scott engraving on the inside of the ring. Took a pendant in to be wrapped in gold for a necklace. I was quoted in between two and three hundred dollars and was told it would take two weeks max to accomplish.

My "limited edition" Kendra Scott slide-clasp bracelet that Kendra Scott said they couldn't replace (because it was a limited edition collection) nor could the clasp be replaced? Is currently getting the clasp replaced. The beauty of it? They gave me repair OPTIONS. I had choices with how I wanted it repaired/replaced.

Not to mention he checked the diamonds in my wedding ring and steamed it for free.

This place will forever be my dedicated jeweler. They've also got tons of gorgeous, fashionable, and affordable jewelry too.

Excellent customer service! They have been open for 44 years and I know why. So friendly and will educate you on their services. Had a ring appraised and getting it resized. I would highly recommend them!

This place is awesome. You dont have to spend an arm and leg to have watch batteries replaced or watch bands resized. What I love most about this place is ease and comfort by which the shop owners go about their business. There's always at least 5 different conversations going on between them and their guests. I'm a newbie there but Howdy made me feel part of the shop family by my second visit.

At other places they charge more the more expensive your jewelry is, but here everything is consistently reasonable (I mean your pockets have already been emptied making a big purchase...amirite

I have been here twice. The first time there were a couple people in front of me. the second time no one was there.

I went in he asked how could he help me and i said i needed a new battery for my watch. He quickly changed it and conversed in friendly conversation even though I do not think I reciprocated that much conversation. It was super quick.
