Robert is simply wonderful! He is a family friend and made my experience looking at engagement rings 1,000% better! He pays attention to the little details that you would not even think about and takes extra time to make sure you get want you want! He created a stunning ring for my fiancé and me. If I could send everyone who needed a special piece of jewelry to him, I would. 15 out of 10! Robert is your guy! We will definitely be back for wedding bands! I went to Robert to get an engagement ring for my now fiancé and it couldn’t have gone smoother. In our initial conversations I told him the basics of what I was looking for and he gave me suggestions and asked questions that helped me finalize what I wanted. Once I went to pick out a ring and diamond he gave me lots of options and allowed me to customize the design how I wanted. The final product came back even better then I imagined and the best part is that my fiancé loved it. I highly recommend Robert for all your jewelry needs.

I messaged Robert from RW Diamond Brokers in spring of 2021 asking for help selecting wedding bands for me and my partner for our overseas wedding in the UK. I was in Dallas, and my partner was in UK at the time, so his size was measured separately. I tried a few different places in Dallas and Robert was very quick to respond but also helpful and easy to talk to. I had a set budget and rough idea of what we were looking for and Robert bounced ideas off me with pictures over email over the course of a week during covid, eventually helping us land on our final selection. I thought this was awesome

He helped me look at all everything that was in my price range for an engagement ring, and didn't try to push me at all into something I couldn't afford or didn't like. Very informative and has taken great care of any questions/concerns I have had throughout.
Highly recommend coming here first for any of your jewelry needs, simply because of Robert!

I cannot say enough about the great experience we had looking at and purchasing a ring from Robert. I had some general ideas about prices and diamonds but Robert was able to help us find a setting and a diamond that expressed our commitment to each other. The most important part is Robert took his time to explain and suggest ideas to make the setting and the diamond work together. This review is long overdue. I can't say enough good things about R.W. Diamond Broker. Earlier this year (March 2020), I decided I wanted to create a custom engagement ring. I had no idea what that entailed, though I did have a pretty good idea of what I wanted it to look like.
Robert walked me through the process and gave me plenty of options to choose from while also making sound recommendations. I was so nervous, but he was incredibly patient throughout and really made me feel comfortable with all my decisions.
In the end, he helped me create a beautiful ring that is exactly what I wanted
