Vinyl flooring is made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC), natural materials and often with recycled PVC too. This makes it tough, durable, water-resistant and slip-resistant. Tiles- We offer sizes in 16"x16"; 12"x12"; 8"x16"; 8"x8". They have a repeating pattern of 1 out of 16 tiles or 1 out of 32 tiles- creating an authentic look as if it were granite, stone, or marble.

We love our new floors! We contacted JLG after reading their great reviews, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! Lori Klein was awesome to work with. She listened to what our needs were, our budget, and gave us multiple options to consider. The ordering process was seamless. Matt and Lee, the installers, were great as well! Very nice guys, did excellent work, and cleaned up more than they needed to. Highly recommend if looking for new flooring in Cincinnati!

I had a great experience with JLG recently installing a new tile floor in my kitchen. The installers did an amazing job and were real pros! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again on my next flooring project.
Update- I also recently used the same installers to put in a tile back splash, and they once again exceeded expectations! Their quote was very reasonable, and they did everything the right way (vs other contractors who gave me even higher quotes and the other contractors even wanted to take shortcuts to save themselves time)

My mother and I stopped in to this store today. When we walked in, I heard a lady say "I will be right with you". My mother did not hear her and said "excuse me". The lady said to her in a rude voice "I said that I would be right with you! You must not have heard me"! I bought carpeting from them about 17 years ago and needed to replace my living room carpet as I had a sick dog for the past year who damaged the carpet. When we explained this to the lady she threw up her hands and said oh not another dog story. I don't know how people can live like that! We did not ask for her opinion about animal

This was our third flooring experience with JLG. Every one was exceptional. Both Tina and Lori have helped us make flooring decisions and went overboard to make the process go smoothly. Each installation crew has been great..thorough and professional. To top it off, their pricing is very reasonable. That's why we'll be going back to JLG when we need our next floor.
