I would recommend them and use them again. Their install team headed by John Wayne (his actual name) were outstanding! They were fast, paid attention to every detail, and were a pleasure to have in our home.

Let me start by saying that I love my carpet. It's beautiful, the pad is good, & I'm happy with how it looks. That being said, I was not happy with the installation service.
Communication was very poor. We received no updates unless we inquired ourselves, even when it came to confirming our install date. They called to let me know they were coming the morning of that first day and I asked for updates at the time because we were not yet residing there, which I was assured I would have, and then never received.

Bowling's made my experience shopping for vinyl plank flooring so easy. The installers were very pleasant & did a wonderful job. Since my flooring was laid in a herringbone pattern it was a bit harder to lay, but I'm so happy with it! Excellent job!! I highly recommend Bowling's & their staff, wonderful experience!
