Horrible, do not use this company! So many issues, they contact other moving companies that are horrible. 3 weeks later none of my items, over charged me. Can’t get the moving company on the phone. Won’t refund you for their horrible services. Save your time and money, worst service I have ever used for moving.

WARNING - this company is a broker, NOT a moving company. Their DOT doesn’t matter because they don’t move your stuff. They get someone else to move it and you have no way to know if the company moving your stuff is good or bad.
They also tell you that the moving company allows debit cards, but then the moving company charges extra because they wanted cash.

The company is very responsive, but the deposit is a scam they just take your money. They also outsource all of their movers and have no control of how your belongings are treated. Thank you to Belkis who helped me when the moving company Jacob and Sons Moving and Storage provided horrible service and was late almost 2 weeks for delivery when items were supposed to arrive 1-7 days after pickup. Customer service is somewhat helpful, but the overall process is a scam.

These supposed moving specialists basically promise a professional and stress free moving service but nothing could be further from the truth. Original quote was doubled upon "quality follow up" prior to movers arrival. Job was given to Moving Mainia. First they missed not one but 3 four hour windows of arrival. Then immediately stated it was underbid and raised the price. The list from there is long and horrific so take my word and attached pictures and stay away from this service.
