Nobody showed up for our 5am reservation to get to the airport! My husband called to see where they were and we’re told that ‘we’ had canceled. We canceled? Only my husband knew where the car service was reserved and he definitely did not call. This is a flat out LIE because they didn’t obviously have anybody to pick us up. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call, confirm or cancel. Last minute we had to call them to find out no one was coming. NO ONE to drive us to the airport!

Executive Car Service of Orlando was absolutely outstanding. We had a party of 12 traveling from Clermont to Orlando airport. They were quick to respond with a quote that was very reasonable and to all of my follow up emails. It was easy to pay and details were clear for pick up. Driver was on time and sent text plus called when he arrived. Vehicle was beautiful and made for an easy and comfortable trip for all to the airport. We enjoyed it so much we booked our return trip home right away. Will absolutely use them again!
