I moved in about 3 months ago. Moving in I had no real big issues. The land lord is pleasant and the gentleman running the maintenance is really great. For what im paying, I feel like I got a pretty good deal for this area. As I was driving over in the u-haul, my dad had a heart attack (he's doing fine now) so I called the landlord and maintenance to explain the situation. They let me park the u-haul in an empty lot so I could get a ride to the hospital. It was really nice of them.
However, there were some small issues I had when moving in, and it took a long time just to get some of them resolved

Rick Jackson is awesome. I am relocating from another state and he made this easy for me. He is very responsive. You don't wait hours for him to respond to you. He answered all of my questions.
