We have a great team of knowledgeable and friendly coaches at High Five Fitness. Our coaches are here to guide you through every workout safely and effectively. It does not discriminate based on your athletic ability either; Whether you are a former top-level competitor or someone who has not worked out in several years, CrossFit is for you!
BFit is our long-standing mid-morning class created by a couple of Williamston's most talented, hardworking, and friendliest instructors. Classes combine aerobic exercise, Pilates, strength training and, of course, laughing! Expect to get your heart rate up with these fun and exciting workouts. A low-impact but high-energy class for all ages.
Love2Play is our non-profit sister company that works to keep kids moving and encourage a lifetime of LOVING to PLAY! Keep scrolling to learn more. This popular 30-minute class runs kids through a workout that practices mobility, endurance, technique of various movements, and ends with a game. It is designed to improve confidence, prevent injury, and have fun!
