Extremely unprofessional. When I called to ask for help, the man hung up on me. After explaining my situation, he told me I should know the “standard procedure” and treated me like a child. Having never been in this situation, I am amazing at the lack of service and common human courtesy shown by this company. Will be complaining to the BBB as well.

I was the victim of a stolen trailer. I applaud the police department in Aurora for recovering it, but the agreement they have in place penalized me $200 bucks in storage fees to get my trailer back. $115 of that was accrued before I was even notified that my trailer had been recovered. I'm not sure who is the real criminal here. Legal extortion.

Our car was stolen, just before Thanksgiving and my husband was laid off days later. Finally found the car this morning and has been on the lot for less than 24 hours. They wanted to charge us $155 to release it to us, and another $150 to get it towed back to our home. Even after the APD assured us we would not be charged for anything, we have to come up over $300 to get our stolen car back. Disgusting company and the lack of compassion is sick.

They towed my son's car after an accident. The accident was the other driver's fault, but even though the other driver was cited, their insurance insisted on waiting for a police report. It's been 7 weeks. Today we call to have the car picked up only to find out, without any notification, they sent the car to the junk yard. BEWARE!!! (Or just call and have a conversation. Rude, condescending, arrogant, and lacking any shred of empathy). I'm in Tulsa, OK and couldn't get a bit of assistance from these people. I would NEVER buy a car from, or have service done by people like this!

We paid to get the car or and they won't let us get it unless we pay them another $75 just to bring the set into the parking lot so we could get a new key made. Who wants to give these guys anything positive for towing your car because it's been impounded? Can't blame them for your mistakes. It's like the colon. Somebody has to do it. My retrieval was quick, no hangups, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were courteous. The tow bill was 2/3 of the $500 I expected I'd be charged after 3 days.

Good. Great price! One issue was the person dropping off my car to the dealership was in a hurry to get to another job so the person didn’t get all the details needed so my car was at a dealership for repair but they really didn’t know who it even belonged to. For those that can’t be with your car, they wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone (I was on my way back to Iowa where I live) but I was lucky because the dealership was able to Passover the bill to me. I’m not sure if the dealership then adds more but they served its purpose.

I've never had such a pleasant experience with a tow yard. We had a vehicle stolen from our parking lot and was missing for 2 months before Aurora Police Department found it broken down on parker road. The vehicle was brought to this lot after it was recovered. I gladly paid the $155 to get it out and a very friendly employee helped me find the car on the lot and waited while I loaded it on my trailer. His boss came by to check out my (towing) truck. Good people.

This impound lot is the absolute worst! I was in a car accident and my car was towed here, knowing my car was totaled I came to clean out my car. I'm 5 months pregnant and was just in a severe car accident so I brought my mother to help me clean out my car but of course they would not let her come back to help me. I was in the process of moving so there was a lot in my car. It took over thirty minutes to clean out my car by myself while the lady just stood there watching me do it. Not only that they released my car to the insurance company WITHOUT my consent & then the lady tried to argue

Company vehicle towed of an employee that was fired and ended up at this yard. I was tasked to try and retrieve it. They don't take checks, they don't take CC, CASH ONLY. I believe they do this to try and get another day or more of storage fee, they do not want to make it easy. Also, It makes sense that they're rude ... they want people to leave. Pretty sure most impounds yards are like this, wish there was some more regulations on these types of business'. They pretty much have a license to steal for somebody making a mistake.

For reference, this review is for the impound lot portion of the establishment.
I feel like it would be too easy to harp on all the negative aspects of an impound. No one likes getting their car out of impound, it's not going to be a great experience from the jump. Yes, you get charged for access to your own car, even if its stolen. This is a sad reality of every impound lot in the US of A, so there's no use discussing it. It sucks, but its life.
So, let me hit on some positives.

Shocked by the absolute worst customer service. They act like they own your car, even if it is just towed from an accident. I have never dealt with less mature, inappropriate "service" representatives in my life. HEY MANAGEMENT: There is no reason to put such miserable people behind your counter - picking up the pieces after an accident is enough to deal with. Having to deal with the anger issues of your current employees has led me to not only use another business in the future, but also to publish this review. I hope that until changes are made in the way your employees treat customers

This company provides tow services and auto body repair. The notable thing here is that a portion of their tow business comes from a contract with the Aurora police department. They are called to the scene of accidents in Aurora. I was in a car accident and the officer at the scene, called M & M, it was not a tow company of my choosing. There is a phrase used in the British Isles that these guys epitomize. That phrase being to "take the pi$$." These guys certainly did so to me and I would under no circumstances use them for anything unless you have to.
I was in a car accident the night before in which I had to go to the hospital and my car was subsequently towed. Thankfully my injuries were minor. I needed my car asap so I was not in a position allow my insurance to release my car.
So I forked over the $200.50 cash they require and the guy took my to my car. Upon entering my car, it appeared everything had been tossed

This company is worst case of scenario in Aurora Co. 100% Disabled Veteran had a car accident while he was having a stroke. Disabled Veteran took a Taxi and arrived in here, and tried to get his car back, this company takes "CASH ONLY" which was totally unnotified in advance. No ride to go to ATM, just walked about 1mile to find 1st ATM it said "No Service", Blood is boiling and another 1mile walked through the dangerous contraction area by the highway to find 2nd ATM in a Bar, No service again. Blood pressure went up, walked another 1/2mile to find 3rd ATM in a Gas

I went here recently after I had some severe hail damage to my truck. I work A LOT and they were able to see me right away, despite my difficult schedule. The two employees I spoke with were very friendly and explained the repairs to my truck in a way that was transparent to me, breaking down the costs and process of each piece.
