First of all I got to say they were really patient about receiving the payment.
The downfall is they start charging you whenever they get the call. So I had to paid for someone to drive 45 minutes to get to my car. Then pay a normal pay for them to drive it to my house. I don't understand why I have to pay them to drive from another job they were at.. I did not have a choice on who the police called and being rushed to the hospital. I think they took advantage of that situation. $350 is quite a bit to go from Aurora to Lakewood. Usually they start charging you once they pick up your car.. I was

Deb was so great getting us set up…David showed up in less than ten minutes and even took a look at why it wasn’t running. Hooked up and got my kiddos vintage project truck back to the house all in less than hour. These guys are absolutely awesome !!!!!

So this last Monday I was at work everyone left and I was just getting to my car, I was able to get into my car and as I'm putting the key in the ignition I turn it and it won't start. My first thought was to call my brother or my aunt. My aunt came out and we tried and tried and finally gave up and called for roadside assistance. After and hour and a half wait the first company cancelled on me so I called my insurance and asked them if they could find someone else to send out. That's when they told me that John's towing will be providing my service. They told me it would be approximately 60 minutes

This company was wonderful! My car broke down on me today and I had tried calling multiple towing companies, some didn't call me back and the rest didn't even answer. These guys are the only ones who answered right away. They were able to give me an instant quote on the price for the tow, and we're very professional and kind. The dispatch employee who I was on the phone with Isaiah answered every time I called with a question and called me back fast with answers for me and made the whole process easy for me especially since I've never had to do this before. He had a great attitude and had no problem
