My story starts different than most. I didn't start photography when I got married or when I had kids. In fact, I was a photographer long before I became a wife or a mother. I fell in love with photography as a teenager, spending my days taking photos of my friends and our adventures so that I could hold onto them just a little bit longer.
I am now serving clients at my new & improved studio location on Inlet Square Drive in Murrells Inlet. The photos below are from my previous Market Common location, and will be updated once renovations are completed in my new space. I can't wait to share it with you! Already did that? Great! I do my best to answer emails quickly during weekday business hours. Do you offer family, senior or couples portraits? No. Aside from weddings, I work exclusively in studio with newborns and babies up to a year old. My engagement and bridal sessions are reserved exclusively for the couples that have booked me for their wedding.
Years from now I want you to look back on these photos and remember a time when your newborn was small enough to fit in your hands. As a mother myself I know how important these first images are. I have many years of training and experience in handling, posing and settling newborns and during our time together I promise to handle and care for your sweet baby as if they were my own.
Your little one is going to grow and change so much in their first year! One day you're coming home from the hospital and the next you're looking at a walking, talking, energetic little person standing where your newborn once laid.
Milestone sessions can be done at any time after the newborn stage (I recommend waiting until 3 months when baby can lift their head on their belly), but 6, 9 and 12 months are the most popular ages that give us the biggest milestones and the most variety.From sitting to standing, from tummy time to crawling.
