So much of my business information is right here on this site, however, you may still not know my name or what kind of person I am. My name is Angie Smith. I am married, a mother of two teenage boys, have lived in MN since 1987, and have lived in the Plymouth/Maple Grove area since 2001. Other than photography, I love studying psychology, playing the banjo, and any kind of target shooting (archery included!).
Bobeedy Photography, LLC was created in 2015. I am a self-taught portrait photographer with a variety of mentors to ensure professional and creative growth. Most of my photography takes place in the great outdoors. I do, however, have a portable studio with backdrops and lights which is perfect for professional headshots on or off location.

It had been a while since we had our family pictures taken. We decided to work with Angie in the fall of 2018. We met at a nature center for our shoot. Not only did the pictures turn out amazing but the time spent taking them a ton of fun. I don't think she had to ask us to smile once. The pictures were outstanding and we highly recommend spending some time at Bobeedy with Angie behind the camera.
Angela is our first choice for our family photos. We have lived in the cities for two years and we have had her take photos of our family twice. Both sessions we walked away afraid that our son didn't give enough smiles and somehow Angela was able to capture so many smiles we couldn't even narrow down the selection.
My daughter will be graduating from high school and I hired Angie to do the graduation photos. What a wonderful experience for both my daughter and me. Angie was very interactive and suggested a number of different poses and locations. We got great photos to pick from, and have received so many compliments on the photography.
Angie Smith is one of the most positive and professional people I know. Her expertise in site selection, light analysis, and composition produced extraordinary professional photos for my business that exceeded my already high expectations and standards. I can't say enough positive about her and her abilities and recommend her without hesitation.

Angie is a true professional! She’s fast, friendly and listens to wishes and ideas from her clients. She collaborated with our teen on his senior pics and the final product is stunning! It was an extremely humid evening during our photo shoot, but that didn’t stop Angie from working fast and professionally. Working with the strange light from the hazy sun due to the wildfires was, I am sure, no easy task, but Angie didn’t let it this stop her.
I am also looking into hiring Angie for some family portraits as she offers nice, flexible packages with competitive prices.

Amazing to work with!! I love my pictures. She listens to you and works with you to meet her client's needs. She never makes you feel that you are bothering her. She is very professional and at the same time friendly and makes you feel comfortable the whole time during the session. Her pricings are cost-effective and she delivers her best work each time she works with her clients. Highly recommended!!

Bobeedy Photography has done an amazing job -- again! First, Angie managed our family photo shoot for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. It involved 6 adults and 9 young children, and it went flawlessly! The photo shoot was fun for everyone, and the pictures turned out perfectly! Second, Angie did my professional headshot, including retouch, and I could not be more pleased! She knows how to get a natural, professional look out of anyone. Angie was quick to respond to my request and could fit me into her schedule. She called the day before my appointment to check in and as a reminder. When I arrived she was warm and friendly and yet got right to the task, explaining her set-up, the equipment, how the shoot would work. She was honest in her response to the various props I brought, and we quickly settled into taking photos. She made me at ease, and therefore my photos looked natural and relaxed. Angie did our son’s senior photos a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. She had great enthusiasm for helping achieve the creative idea we had in mind using his vehicle and she made him feel comfortable and at ease. Angie is detail oriented and super responsive and equally laid back and relaxed. She made senior pictures fun for our son and really captured the essence of our senior. Angie was great. I needed updated head shots for work and investor presentations. She was very accommodating, explained everything upfront, and it was a fun collaborative experience. The pictures were fantastic and well received. Exactly what I was hoping for and the turnaround time was fast and accurate. I’d certainly recommend her and use her again for future needs. Her pricing is competitive, fair and the work is exceptional for the value!
