Tori M. Appelhof was born in the city of Watertown, South Dakota and graduated from Waverly High School in Waverly, South Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science from South Dakota State University in 2000 and received her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. Ms. Appelhof is licensed to practice both in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota.
Mary A. Pfeifer was born in Minot, North Dakota and graduated from Watford City High School in Watford City, North Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Minnesota State University - Moorhead in 2001 and received her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2004.
Ms. Kathy K. Hart was born in Cuba, Illinois, which is a small rural community located in central Illinois. After graduation from high school, Ms. Hart received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Prior to enrolling in law school, Ms. Hart gained professional and life experiences during her employment as a legislative aide at the Minnesota Senate.
