I heard some pretty awesome things about that gupto guy yeah I heard he's pretty real well the exact reasonable that this guy really probably going to his head so I don't know if I'm really supposed to but honestly everything is the most real and honest public defender and that side of Minnesota but I'm on the other side of Minnesota so actually I'm not from the state so when this comes from someone who is in first glance is crazy she real that says something! All Guptill does is push plea bargains, he is lazy, n god forbid if he ever had to go to trial. He knows he makes a big proportion of his salary by being a PD for the county. Just misrepresented a innocent friend of mine n pushed n pushed a plea bargain so hard my friend finally agreed. Now he is jail gas 10 years probation n owes the county for classes tgat were part of his sentence about $50,000 payable n until paid off he remains on probation. A 64 year old man with severe heart n lung issues.
