Terrible work. Used Meghan Troc previously and was happy there. But Bob on the other hand. Cracker Jack boxes come with better legal. Bob dragged my case out for over a year and half when I begged and pleaded for it to go to trial over many many emails, calls, calls to secretaries and so on. He won’t fight for you when a parent files false murder accusations against you even when an actual dcfs rep and local police are willing to testify that it was filed with malicious intent. He won’t fight for your child if they are alienated too mentally devastating points either. If you have concrete evidence

The terms of my "final disclosure" for closing initially included invented and inflated figures - costs that I could never have known about - and he called them out and went to bat for us in an incredibly professional and assertive way. I was on vacation visiting family in New Lenox Illinois and ended up getting a 30 over ticket. At home it would have been a simple fine and done but in the great old state of Illinois I was looking at a misdemeanor and lisence suspension.

Tom Rhodes is amazzzing! Being a first time home buyer he made sure I understood the process! He was very patient and kind. We had a lender who would not send out our loan and even though I was loosing my cool, Tom kept his the whole time! If I was ever to sell my home and buy a new I would definitely use Tom again ! He even made the process at the closing table a breeze! Thank you so much Tom we love our home and I have you and others to thank for that!
