Here’s an honest review from someone who is a new customer of Always Open and is also a business owner who can relate to reviews and customer service.
I was working on a project out of town when, of course, my garage door failed. So my wife called and asked me to find someone.
So I look up some companies online, checked out some reviews, and came across this one.
What’s interesting is how many glowing 5 star reviews there are but then of course there’s always that “one” customer that is never happy. If I’m being transparent, I made the decision to call Always Open because of that

5 Stars! I cannot praise these guys enough! I had 3 garage door companies give me a quote for installing a double and single garage door. I knew after speaking with Mark, I wanted his company to install them. His quote was great and he installs the upgraded hardware-what a relief! His son came out and installed the two doors and they look and function great. There was a bracket piece I wanted off the old doors and forgot to ask beforehand. I called Mark and he had his son remove it and drop it off. Can I say great customer service! I'm so pleased and would recommend Always Open garage Doors to

Zach did an AMAZING JOB!
He was courteous, patient, respectful, and honest. He was able to answer all my questions and let me tell you, I had plenty. He even offered to help my wife carry something as she was getting home. That was very nice of him.
He did awesome work and was very professional! We love our new garage door.
