I love these guys Troy and Warren were life savors they heard my story and helped me get a car that fit what i needed and in my price range and they helped me learn about how to find parts needed to make this cute used car into my best car. Worst customer service ever!! Walked on to lot and thier was no one to help. Finally went to the office and asked about a car and all the employee wanted to do was hand us keys and take a picture of out drivers license. Would not come out and talk to us or help at all. We got the key to the car we wanted to see and the key wouldn't even open the the door to the car. Went back in to give the key back and leave and asked the employee to let me see him delete the picture of my drivers license and he refused. I asked numerous times and still refused to delete the picture. What is the problem

If I could give them zero stars I would. Never have I been so taken advantage of. I came here because they had the only Volkswagen Jetta hybrid in the state and I had been looking for months. Not only did they sell me a car with a completely faulty transmission, but they also had to have known about it and sold it anyways. When I took it to a repair shop they said that a patch had been placed on the transmission and then it had been filled with transmission fluid. The damage was so obvious that even I could tell from the video that I was sent. The patch came off while I was driving on a busy road

This is my only review I've ever left on Yelp. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I bought a car LAST NIGHT, being told I would have a 30 day warranty on it for engine, transmission, and power train. This morning, my engine light comes on for a major part in my transmission. Now they tell me I don't have a warranty, because they discounted the price and that is only for full priced vehicles. Even though I was told I would have it AFTER it was discounted, due to a cracked headlight, and a crack in the windshield. I don't see how this passed emissions when it shows this code has been erased before

These guys are fine until you sign on the dotted line. They wouldn't do any small fixes for us until it was purchased. Well now all's I get is .......crickets.... the owner won't return phone calls and has absolutely no problem blowing smoke that he'll help us get issues fixed. Not even a simple text message to let us know he hasn't forgotten about us. Don't go there unless you yourself is an experienced mechanic that can handle buying a used vehicle. Not a single mom. Never going back. Not even to get repairs done if the world shifts and he actually calls.
