I just bought a car here today and had an INCREDIBLE experience! Jason helped me and never once tried to pressure me into a car. This place advertises “good credit, bad credit, no credit” but in actuality they only want to sell a car that they can make money off of! They smile to your face and act like they are a GREAT DEALERSHIP, when in fact they won’t even try to help you finance a car unless it’s a money maker for them. Instead of being upfront and honest they choose to act like they want your business then tell you it’s too “late” to do your financing” then call you the next day telling you that they can’t get it done— no explanation as to why and acting as if you wasted their time!

I had a good experience finding and testing the vehicle. They allowed time to look all into it and was no pressure or pestering. The staff were all nice and did their work well.
The week after purchase I noticed a grinding in the car after each cold startup. The grinding was the VTC actuator that leads to damage in the engine and timing chain... You don't hear the grind unless it hasn't been turned on for a day or two so I never heard it when I went to look at it/drive it.
I was really bummed since my new low mileage reliable car had an issue, but purchased "as is" I figured there was nothing

I stumbled onto this place because we were looking for a specific vehicle, and these folks had one. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ended up purchasing the vehicle we were looking at. Soon after the purchase the check engine light came on (worst nightmare for a used car!). We got back in touch with Peterson and even though they were not at all obligated to help us, they insisted that they make things right, which they did. The vehicle is great. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and we will be customers in the future. Good dealership and great people.

The lady here told me the damage my mechanic found wasn’t actually damaged. She wanted over book value and refused to work with me on the price at all. She interrupted me mid sentence and told me 30 seconds before I was going to make an offer that this isn’t the car for me. She even complained that selling it for what kbb says is a fair purchase… price in perfect condition wouldn’t be profitable enough because she would only make $1500 profit on the vehicle. The gentleman I talked to on the phone before coming up seemed much more reasonable. I had a terrible experience

Had an amazing experience with Peterson Auto. Felt like I was talking to friends and family, not a car dealership. They were honest and kind and truly made me feel welcome.
Two weeks after I bought my car, my… radiator fan completely broke and they even helped me with the cost to get it fixed. They seriously go above and beyond for you and I will definitely be coming back for my next car.

Today was the 2nd time picking up a vehicle from the friendly people at this establishment. Very professional, extremely friendly/personable staff(makes you feel at home), and I went there with a budget and they helped me into something that is worth more than I paid and met my price/standard. Very low pressure sales with amazing and friendly salesman. I have to say I was beyond pleased with the way they do business. They really know how to take care of you and make sure you find something that truly meets your needs... even if that means waiting a few days for them to source you a new car not in their inventory. I was very happy with not being pressured into a car I didn't like from their inventory

Such an amazing family owned and operated company! I purchased a used Lexus at the end of December that needed a new timing belt. They were more than willing to replace the timing belt and water pump without having to ask! If you're looking for a car and want to work with honest and hardworking people, this is the place! I will never shop anywhere else when it comes to cars!
