I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very RUDE and Unprofessional! Been here twice and they talk to you like you very disrespectfully. I could not even have a conversation or ask questions and when I wanted to find out more about my daughter and her having to wear glasses they made me feel like i don't know anything. They have a cold office. No toys or tables for kids to sit at and the wait is long so the kids get impatient. Horrible customer service and very unpleasant receptionist with a nasty attitude. As well as the Eye Doctors. Very condescending when they spoke to me. I was so upset and I will never ever

Had a great experience at Lincoln Square Eye Care! The doctor was wonderful, efficient but thorough. They were very patient while I worked out some insurance issues and helpful while selecting new frames for my glasses. Bert is wonderful to work with and was very kind and helpful. If your look for straightforward eye care, I recommend LS!

Dr. Ethezaz provides very thorough eye exams, better than I've had to date. She also requested a prescription for me online with my pharmacist as I waited. Her questions are very thoughtful with your eye care front of mind. I always feel in good hands with her. The front store/office is better managed now, too (fully staffed).

I just completed my first visit and I love the whole team. I have worn glasses for 20+ years and never had such a thorough, professional and kind experience. I also had a really positive experience being dilated and having a contact lenses fitting. Highly recommend supporting this female-owned business!

Im not sure how to explain how amazing this place is, but i think the fact that they have not had a rating lower than a 5 speaks volumes.
The office staff, the assist, and then the Doctor herself are all so nice, answer any and all questions, and really work towards saving me money.
They are very careful about CDC covid guidelines, and making sure I feel comfortable before I spend a time.
I found them on a whim and I REALLY am so happy I did. If i ever move, I'm still going to come back here.

I’ve had a hard time finding a facility and doctor I feel comfortable with. Dr. Mariam made me feel comfortable as well as her staff! As a person who hasn’t worn glasses in over 5 years they also helped me pick out frames that suited my face well(:
