100% satisfied! I wasn’t sure how my refinance would work completing everything electronically (I’m in Thurston county) but I was pleasantly surprised as the process was easy, even for non technical people like myself. I highly recommend Rob McAllister to anyone; he pushes hard to get his clients the best rates possible with no fees and gimmicks. During the process he is always looking at the fine details, identifying and questioning legal and financial items that negatively impact his clients. If Rob identifies an unforeseen obstacle (no matter how big) he takes ownership with no bias or opinion. Rob made the loan process painless for us as we worked to buy our new home. It was very clear that Rob had our best interests in mind and that he was working hard to ensure we made the right decisions and got the best deal. He helped find the lowest rates and ensured we were with a lender that was unlikely to sell off our loan. Rob was very low pressure during the close process and broke the asks down to those that were necessary at the time. When I would become a stress-monster, Rob was able to talk me through it. I very rarely give reviews but felt the need to in this case. I called 6 different local brokers and contacted a number of big banks before making my decision for my refi/cash out. Rob's quote was near the best, and he was by far the easiest to talk to. Some broker's sound like they're in a rush talking to you, that will not be the case with Rob. He took the time to answer all of my questions to whatever depth I requested and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. If you want to be able to call one person throughout the whole process, and have that one person care

I've had the pleasure of working with Rob. This past summer, we were looking to refinance our home. We reached out to a few brokers that we either knew, or had good reviews. We had good experiences with a lot of them, but what sets Rob apart is something that the others couldn't match...the lowest interest rate and zero closing costs. I can't tell you that will always be the case for everyone, but he was able to read our situation without much information and give us the best option, hands down. Can't say enough about Rob!

Rob was very helpful, knowledgeable, and up-front with costs. We got a significantly better rate than with others and closed on time, despite being on an abbreviated timeline with a very particular lender. We completed refinancing for our house last month and Rob made the process very streamlined and easy for us. Rob guided us from start to end and kept us updated at every step throughout the process. He even assisted us with options when our credit score came low and helped us bump up our credit score. Rob has access to a host of mortgage lender options and will suggest the best/low cost option. I would definitely recommend Rob for home purchasing/refinancing.

We had the most horrible service with Rob Mc Allistor. First he told us to take care of things on our credit report which wasn't too much and we successfully got those issues deleted off our credit report. Yay!! now we don't have any negative reporting on our credit report what so ever. Now we can't get a hold of him. We left him so many voicemails and till now he has not return our calls. I don't know what we did we have a solid income and don't know what we did for him not to do business with us. Shame on him for wasting our time.

Wow! I will never use another lender again.
My husband and I were buying an investment property, and halfway through the process, the lender we were using provided us with a breakdown of expenses with a rate that seamed rather high to me. I contacted Rob and was amazed when he offered me almost half a percent lower!
When I went back to my original lender with his quote, she told me that he must have been mistaken - that there was no way to get a rate that low. Just to be sure, I double checked with Rob, and there was no mistake.
Half a percentage point is HUGE!!!

We checked rates online at several banks and got two good faith estimates from brokers, and West Seattle Mortgage was by far the best. Rob was able to beat the nearest competitor's rate by a full quarter point. We expected to pay higher fees for the lower rate, but the fees were significantly less as well. It seemed to good to be true, but our home just closed and everything went really smoothly. This was our third experience getting a mortgage and Rob was the most professional and responsive broker we've worked with. Lowest rate, lowest fees, and best service! We highly recommend him

We just completed a refinance of our West Seattle home. Rob provided us with superb service from the beginning through the end of of the refinancing process. He was knowledgeable, accessible, responsive, prompt, and thorough. He explained the various options we had and the various types of loans that were available to us. I was recommended Rob, by my Realtor, and having never purchased property in the US before, I have nothing to compare to.. but...
What I can say that I moved from another state, started a new job and was buying a home for the first time. Just a tad stressful!!!!
I am sure that I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes in the mortgage business, but what I can tell you, is that Rob does a great job of helping you through the process, trying his best not too stress you with ALL the timelines, and things that leaders need.

Rob is such a pleasure to work with! After dealing directly with the bank at first, I am really glad I made the decision to go with a mortgage broker in general, and even more thankful that I found Rob.
