I was looking for a new office and I am so glad I found NeoSmile. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable when I called to make my appointment. I did not have to wait a long time to make a cleaning appointment (which is what occurs at some other offices). The office is clean and comfortable, I received a thorough cleaning and the doctor that checked at the end was very nice and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Was told fillings were covered 100%, so had the work done in Jan 2021. Now Dec 2021 they are saying I have a balance of 282.00. I've been to the office in July 2021 & was not informed of balance. I never received a statement either. Their employee turnover is great & they claim no notes were in the file. UNBELIEVABLE!! STAY AWAY!!!! ZERO STARS. I was NEVER treated this way when Dr Isdaner owned it.
BTW - I was informed of balance on 11/27/21 via text telling me my Dec 2 appt won't be performed unless payment is made. Needless to say they cancelled my appt because there would

From the time you walk in the door untill the time you walk out, you feel very cared for. The receptionists are very professional and caring and also very knowledgeable. The dental hygienist, Vanessa talks you through everything she's going to do. She's also very good about educating you how to care for your teeth. Dr Farrell is very professional and caring. I highly recommend the entire team at Neosmile if you're looking for dental care from people who treat you with special care and kindness.

As a mother bringing her kid in for his first dental appointment, I was very VERY pleased with Neosmile. The Receptionist was kind, helpful and personable, the Dental Hygienist was extremely friendly and allowed my son to examine everything she used, and the Dentist was effective, treated my son with kindness and explained things to me. I am happy I picked them for my family dentist. When I asked my son what he liked he said "The teeth brushing!" he now wants an electric toothbrush. lol.

7/20/21 Another wonderful experience here with Dr Farrell and the terrific staff. The treatment rooms are bright and airy, there is plenty of parking. But most of all, they make each patient a partner in his/her own care. Kind, caring, expert care!!

Dr. Amy Farrell is a fabulous dentist who cares and takes the time to explain your procedures and makes you comfortable. My dental technician, Mary is equally attentive, caring and experienced. Ashley, the office and reception manager is always pleasant and helpful. Clearly they are a team and promote positivity in their office. As much as I don’t enjoy dental visits, I find the visits enjoyable and friendly. They are a great, caring group.
