Banner arrived with a hole in it. They shipped replacement with came with a damaged stand and horrible print quality, looks like a Zebra. They then sent another replacement, which again had the Zerba striping. First printing look great except the hole. Replacements both look horrible. All of these issues should have been caught before shipping. None of these should have ever been shipped out.
I called asking if they can assure me if I got another replacement if they would actually inspect it prior to shipping, they informed me, that they already requested extra inspections on them. They then offered

I love eSigns! The design process was very easy. The turnaround time was very fast, especially considering it was on a weekend. I ordered on Friday and got my sign on Monday! My sign was exactly as I designed it and was excellent quality! And best of all, it was very affordable! I will definitely order from eSigns again!

I have had nothing but trouble since Esigns.com was taken over by new owners. I have had issue after issue that never existed in the past 5 years of using this company. It has been a truly horrible experience. I would not recommend using them until they iron out all of the kinks. I have been waiting over 15 days for 3 banners to be printed. I have been told numerous times by their Management that they are having "technical issues" and an overwhelming number of orders and that is why there is a delay. Their website says "2 day turnaround"... don't believe it!

My money was essentially stolen. There's apparently no way to select rush shipping because allegedly most banners approved will be "shipped out same day". I did order next day air shipping, so that it would arrive by a specific date. In fact, it was estimated to arrive before the date I needed.
My order sat in "printing/production" for 2 days. It's still in "production", right now, with no sign of shipping. Since it's the weekend it will likely stay in production until Monday.

I ordered a banner online with rush delivery. Received confirmation that banner would be delivered on needed date.
No word from them. On the date of delivery, nothing. Checked status online, order delayed a week with no notification!
Now they are refusing to refund money because they are unable to communicate with production. Item hasn't been produced yet.
HUGE mistake to go through this company.

While the banners are excellent quality and fairly priced, I have to give just one star after paying extra for faster shipping for our festival two years in a row and for the second year in a row, banners will not arrive until after the festival. These are banners that thank our sponsors for their generous donations for helping to underwrite the festival. We will no longer be ordering from eSigns as we cannot count on our product arriving in a timely manner. If you're going to pay extra for expedited shipping then it should be sent some way other than ground.

I've bought a couple standing banners from them over the years.
The second to last one I bought was an economy retractable -- it started showing signs of wear and tear pretty quickly, but since the product page clearly only rated it for two days of use, I feel like I got a fair deal on that.
After going to a number of events, I realized I needed to upgrade to a banner that's more durable so I got a top of the line double sided retractable silverwing.
When they shipped it, they just tossed in the end caps on top of the banner, which ended up scraping the metallic finish on both the

I have been ordering from eSigns for about 8 years. I am now no longer a customer as of today. I ordered signs for our event this weekend in plenty of time. I paid extra for quicker shipping (they were sent Fedex ground - big deal for the price that I paid) and as of 6 business days later, they are still not here and Fedex (I left the local station a review as well) cannot tell me where this package is. It was supposed to arrive TWO DAYS AGO. eSigns apparently doesn't care. They offered to reprint on Monday (seriously - event is TOMORROW). This is the 2nd year in a row with this same

I designed two banners for inside my seasonal business to let the traffic passing by know when we were opening. I designed them on a Friday afternoon, upgraded the shipping option so I could get them by Tuesday (I ordered after 10 am, so couldn't get the next business day delivery). Took me about 15 minutes on the site. LOVE he banners! Very heavy duty; would withstand the brutal winds we get here in NW Ohio (even though they are inside). Grommets seem nice and sturdy too. About half the cost of going to big box store in town.

Recently I have been asked to create/design a banner for a business (I am not creative at ALL). So I study how to use publisher and used templates. I looked around locally to print banners at a good price. OMG, like posters these suckers are $$$. So my friend goggle suggested esigns, what the heck! Uploaded my files on a Saturday night, and POOF the banners are delivered to my house on Friday. Pretty good turn around from MI to AZ, and shipping slow UPS. I am very pleased with banners. There is a that is a little dark, but it still looks good!
