I had a great experience with Remodel USA. They replaced my roof and everything went as planned. I appreciated the frequent updates and the fact that they cleaned up the work site each evening. These guys come highly recommended!

Received a flyer for this company and next day called to have someone come over to give us estimates on front , side door and patio cover. We made arrangements to be home on Saturday despite our very busy schedules because it was important for us to get some necessary work done on our home. Sure enough they were a no show. I called 1 hour after the time they were scheduled and the lady on the phone (although friendly) explained she had called me twice to confirm appt; but not once did she leave a message. I know I'm not the only one that doesn't answer unfamiliar numbers, right?. Told

I have a very large NO SOLICITING sign on my front door. This does not stop the sales man from ringing my door bell twice. I have a sick child at home which he woke up. Then after my wife answers the door and tells him no soliciting he still tried his sales pitch. What the *$&(??? Please train your employees what no soliciting means. Very Frustrating. I also have an image of this person (Saved on surveillance) if the owner wants to know who it was.

Just to be clear, I did not have any work done by this company. I did call to have someone come out for a free estimate. Dominique was very pleasant on the phone. She asked me if I was aware of the "Pace" program that finances/gives rebates to homeowners for energy efficient upgrades. She then asked when my husband and I would be home. I told they would be meeting just with me as I am the sole owner of the house. I was told that was against their policy! Really!?! She even verified I am on the title. After reading the other reviews it appears I dodged a bullet!

This is NOT a review of work done by this company. Instead I need to share about Miren Dom, as salesman for this company, working under their license. Miren spent over 90 minutes explaining things to my wife and I that we already knew. We told him this and all it did was fluster him and get him upset. He was constantly challenging me like this was a test of wills. I had clearly told him I was doing several big jobs at once and was gathering quotes and would not be buying today. However, he kept going through his "Sales Seminar" pitch. When I pointed out that we had just seen this

I had some work done through this company and now they won't leave me alone. I think they did some good work on my windows but that has since been overshadowed by their persistent phone calls and sales pitches. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them this morning, trying to find different ways to say no and to tell them that I did not need someone stopping by the house to show me roofing options.
They call from a "private number" so you don't know it's them. I don't normally answer "private numbers" but after getting calls from them every day this week

I had a very pleasant experience at Remodel USA. The stucco on my house looks so much better (smoother, cleaner) now and the new color is nice. I've already gotten compliments from the neighbors. An overall A+ job!!!

I have needed a new roof for a while, but kept putting it off. I'm glad I finally bit the bullet and did it. Remodel USA offered me a very good warranty and that's why I decided to go with them. Excellent crew and materials, and they cleaned up all around my house better than I had it before they started. A+ job!

This is a lengthy one but before spending $$$$ i would read.
I would give them a 0 star but i have to give the star for the actual workers that did our roof.
We recently purchased a new replacement roof from them in Sept.
Sales pitch was a bit much but we had a budget after shopping around and decided to go with remodel usa for the product and warranty. They scheduled quickly, began work and finished within a week. When we looked at "finished" roof it was wavy and had dips. Just to note not once did the field supervisor come out during the week work was being done or after work completed

Tom and the rest of the crew were great. Thanks for doing a top notch job on my roof! I'm glad I got it done when I did because I doubt it would last another winter without leaking. I highly recommend Remodel USA!

Shady marketing tactics. Their field guys that come out to my house have always been polite and respectful. But when I didn't sign up that day for a new roof, that's when the harassment started. I get an average of 3-4 calls per day from their inside people following up. They never leave a voicemail and the 2 times I picked up, they don't tell me who they are and just starts talking to me like we're old pals and starts asking about my family. I've gotten calls from a Lori and a Daniel. Both the same way. RemodelUSA, I don't know you that well. I appreciate my privacy

I recently got all my windows replaced by Remodel USA and couldn't be happier. The installation went smoothly and they finished up in 1 day. Tom was a joy to be around. He measured all the windows a few days prior and did the installation himself. I can't recommend these guys enough.

From start to finish, working with Remodel USA to replace the windows in our house was a great experience! Their two-man installation crew came out and got everything done in just one day. They were professional, they cleaned up as they went, and when they were gone, you'd never know they'd been there, except that we had beautiful windows. I can already tell the difference -- the house is warmer and less dusty than it was with our old windows. This company was great to work with!

I'm very satisfied with Remodel USA. I started chanching the window in the house beginning with my children's and family room windows due to the extreme amount of heat producing during the hottes months and change them to energy efficiency. It was the best decision I could have made. Great improvement!. A few months ago I completed all the windows in the house. They look great with a nice finish. The installers were very knowledgeable and clean installing them. Thanks Dominic! Great job :)
