10/10 on quality and service!!!! Mehdi was literally the sweetest person and helped my husband and I to receive our flooring just in time for our move into our new home. They even stayed open 45 mins passed their closing time on a Friday to make sure we got our last minute flooring order. I recommend this product :)

We were recommended to go with American Flooring by our realtors, specifically Ricardo who has been amazing to work with, everything from planning how much sq footage including baseboards/door frames, they were very meticulous in all the info and upfront about updating our quotes depending on what we needed. Would definitely go with them again for any future flooring needs. Highly recommended!!

They did such a great job, that I had them back to carpet a room! Ricardo helped me to pick a carpet that was beautiful, high quality, but a very reasonable price. I spent much less than I anticipated. I highly recommended them for any of your flooring needs.

Ricardo and his team are very professional, detailed, and communicate very well. They updated me every step of the way and did a fantastic job on the hardwood floor replacement! The wood that I needed was hard to find as it is no longer being made but they were able to secure the wood and dye it to the color of the rest of my house! I highly recommend them!

I couldn't be more please. Met with the owner at my home. He brought floor samples that he helped me pick out at the store. Something you do not get at the "Big Box Stores" it's called service!
Very please with the workmen that did the installation practiced Covid safety precautions wearing masks. Very clean excellent workmanship. I am thrilled with my new flooring and the price was very fair! The whole experience was great!

American Carpet just finished installing vinyl planks in my new condo and did an outstanding job! I'm thrilled - the floor is beyond my expectations! They provided great customer service, and were extremely professional and thorough. Also, they helped provide the product documentation for the flooring permit from the City of LA (as required by my HOA.) I highly recommend them!

Don't bother with this place or waste your time with Mehdi. This guy is full of excuses, failed to deliver on time, was a no call-no show to a measuring appointment and this is only with a carpet sale and installation. I can only imagine how bad it gets if he were doing a remodel or repair to anything.

We have had two great experience with Mehdi at American Carpet. We had wall to wall carpet installed in our bedroom and a year later, redid our family room.
In both cases, Mehdi came to our house to give us on-site advice. In addition to redoing the floors in the family room, Mehdi's team tore out our paneling, replaced it with drywall and added recessed lighting. The work was well done and the team cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. We will definitely call Mehdi again for our next job.

American Carpet just finished remodeling our three bathrooms. Mehdi had great design ideas (expand shower space, toilet location, taller ceilings, custom cabinets) and came by daily to make sure everything worked to plan. Hector and his sons were the best crew to have around. They are experts in all the trades needed to complete a remodel and are accommodating, reliable and perfectionist. They worked nonstop for six weeks and delivered a very high quality product including new drainage, plumbing and electrical. We are super happy with the results, I think the pictures speak for themselves...

I can attest to the quality of American Carpet's work from both the perspective of a homeowner and a property manager. They installed wonderful, high-quality hardwood in my mother's house and did a fantastic job of taking care of furnishings while they did so (despite having to move couches and a pool table among other things, all items were placed back in their rightful position afterwards with nothing damaged).
Just last week we had a tenant move out and the floor (engineered wood) was a total loss. Mehdi and crew are currently replacing it with top of the line waterproof laminate

I am very pleased with the work and outcome of the the renovation of my home. It was transformed from an out-dated look and feel to more modern and fresh appearance. Found this hidden gem while looking for a local flooring showroom. Water damaged our bedroom floors and walls. I needed to look at real samples to find something matching closely to existing flooring. Explained my need to Lori at the store. I didn't intend to buy materials there because I was already working with a restorations company. Even so, Lori was very helpful. She let me take samples home at no charge so I could lay them on my floor to find a good match. I was so impressed with their customer service. After the water damaged rooms were repaired, I hired them to replace flooring

We are so grateful we had Mehdi and the crew to help us on replacing our flooring (and much more) after we had a major water leak. The time Mehdi took on making sure we pick the right color/texture was incredible --- we picked a couple that he knew from experience that would look bad with the color of our wall when it's done so twice he 'tricked' us back to the show room to try very hard to convinced us --- and we are so glad we listened to him. It's like he's working on the flooring for his own home. Not to mention he fixed and painted our walls (he's a GC as well
