Had the pleasure of working with Bob Repko after a family member referred him to me. After which I assumed would be 2-3 year process we recently wrapped up in less than a year. Dealing with Robert was beyond frustrating. After taking my initial retainer payment and doing some preliminary work, he dropped off the face of the earth. He couldn't be reached. He didn't answer emails or voicemails. He tried to pass me off to one of the junior lawyers at his practice. It felt like he was pulling a bait and switch; he wanted to keep the high hourly rate, but use one of his inexperienced lawyers to do his work. That wasn't what I signed up for. "Aggressive Billing Attorney"
Bobby Repko labels himself an "aggressive Divorce Attorney." The only thing he knows how to do, is aggressively bill you. I asked him to draft two legal documents for me. He swore up and down that he was unable to draft the first one, and that it was the responsibility of my husband's attorney. This proved to be incorrect and he sheepishly wrote it for me after two other neutral attorneys corrected him. The second document that he drafted also proved to be flawed, and two other law firms pointed out that the protections it was supposed to outline weren't correctly

I recently went through a very annoying divorce. Megan was excellent from the very first conversation that I had with her. She assured me from the very beginning that she would take care of me and she absolutely did that. My ex wife's attorney was very childish and tried to make it as difficult and painful on me as possible. Meg handled everything immediately and was VERY responsive. Talks a very very good game but always caves to the opposing counsel. likes to drag things out to maximize the amount of billable hours and will give you a "freebie" once in a while and focus on the fact that they did. Divorce and custody is already an emotional and stressful time and they know how to manipulate your emotions to send more emails to and create billable work. They present themselves very well but do not know how to handle custody/divorce appropriately and will not fight for you. they are all about the money. Robert charges an astonishing $375 an hour which is 25% higher than the
