For over 20 years, Ortiz Brothers have handled my moves and storage needs with exceptional care. Recently, they moved furniture from my home into their climate-controlled storage facility. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
If I could give them a zero I would. Buyer be ware. They are unethical, unprofessional and very expensive. They waste your time with no respect for your needs. There are plenty of other options out there that are far more professional.

Do not use if you are disabled, pregnant, or need extra assistance.
Read your contract very, very carefully and fully, despite the guys staring at you while you are supposed to sign as they are on a tight pick up schedule.
We were charged a late fee when using the REBOW service for plastic moving bins. While this is a GREAT service, and drivers were very nice we had a misunderstanding at pick-up. I was in the shower at pick up- so I did not answer my phone.
The drivers did not knock on our door, (my husband was home tho) and then charged us a late fee that was more than half of the original
