Why why why do I continue to subject myself to this gutter level of service just to get a couple street tacos? We walked in to an absolute deserted restaurant at 430. Only to stand at the hostess stand for several minutes. One employee walks by us, looks at us. We stand there. Another employee walks out to help eatstreet. We stand there. I think if maybe i go sit at the bar with my two friends someone will greet us finally. Ha! Wrong. Now the employees are looking at us as if we are clowns. Still no greetings. I sit there longer, finally i get up and walk over to the employee and ask if they are

Ordered food with high expectations. The food is disgusting. Doesn’t have any taste as well as looked bad. If you are looking for truly Mexican food, save yourself time and money. This food tastes nowhere like Mexican food. Given the quality of food, I don’t understand why the food is so overpriced.

Filthy. Not clean. Seats of booths filled with holes, partially repaired with duct tape. Toilets disgusting. I speak Spanish yet still received poor service. Waitress stayed mostly in own booth, schmoozing with manager, ignoring the house. I had to get up and interrupt their little party twice to get any service. Food was more Iowan than Mexican: Greasy, tired, warmed up & with little taste. Amigos is more like a place for Enemigos

I am a delivery driver, my encounter was with staff alone and did not experience the food.. Staff I encountered was not organized or motivated to do job at all. Was more interested in gossip with co workers instead of checking on a order. Staff also seemed to like to talk about customers who they don't think can speak Spanish... Wasted a hour waiting for an order for delivery and they ended up not even making it and had to have it canceled.. Cost me time and money. Would not recommend ordering anything for delivery from here. They had far more people working than most all other restaurants I deliver

We ordered chicken street tacos and a steak burrito. Both were missing the beans and rice. The street tacos were missing all of their toppings, and the corn tortillas and chicken were literally waded in to an aluminum foil ball. The steak burrito was about the size of a taco. We called in the hopes of remedying the situation (either a refund or our food remade) only to have our phone number taken and then never called back. Won’t be ordering from again!

My hubby picked me up from work to take me out for my birthday lunch. He left it up to me to decide where we went. So I said let’s try someplace new. We pulled into Amigos. I love Mexican cuisine so I didn’t bat an eye as we parked. Once we found the right door to enter, I was ready for the chips and salsa. Once we were seated, the chips and salsa came to the table per usual. We were offered to add guac or cheese sauce, and chose guac. The server comes back to the table and states that they don’t have any avocados. So we ordered the queso. And when it arrived it was clearly nuked in the microwave

First time here and probably last. The salsa was too spicy (even the mild they serve at the table) the drinks are INSANELY sweet! Pina colada, couldn't even drink it and they never bothered to ask why I hadn't touched it. They were out of a good bit of things we ordered... but they didn't tell us until after, like the ranch for my taco salad. I wouldn't have ordered it if I would have known. Super disappointed. Servers didn't come check often and hardly any of them were wearing masks if you care about that.
