I must have just been unlucky with my visit Saturday. We walked in and ask where we should sit and were told anywhere. We sat down and waited. And waited. really it was only about 10 min. then some others came in and were seated 2 tables away. Within 2 min.. they were given the attention of the waitress. As she was walking away I joke to her that we had been there 10 min. so we must have sat at the wrong table. She then noticed us and stated that she had been there all day and was tired so we should just hang on. This statement was delivered in a manner that I didn't know how trusting I would have

While ambience and place is awesome, I am really sad about the service and food. I had to wait 45 minutes for a burger and sweet potato fries.
We ordered side of crispy Mac and chesse which came in literal pool of oil. I ordered greasy food not puddle of grease.
We were there for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and server didn't refill our water cups. Fries were not crispy .. but veggie burger patty was awesome. I might give it a second try... just because burger was awesome.

Wow!! Loved this place, and only shared a few appetizers (can't wait to return to try a sandwich or a brat). We had the breaded Wilbo fries. OMG, I was stuffed but these were so good I didn't want to waste a bite! Definitely worth the drive from CR! It was so good we wanted to return immediately, and bring the rest of the family! Only reason we didn't....closed on Sunday. We will be back...oh and ranch lovers...you won't be disappointed!! So good!

Can't go wrong with the concept. What is there not to love beer, brats, and burgers. Wish they had tap beer but selection was good.
Not a very big place but it was a traditional long narrow bar. Definitely something else first. Cool decorations including mismatched overhead lighting fixtures and looks like a custom made bar.
Only 1 person waiting tables and covering the bar so waited a bit to get a 2nd drink. I was sitting at the bar. Bartender made recommendations to get a burger. All sides are separate so I got mushrooms because she said their breading was excellent.

I tried their piggy back burger and it was pretty good. The pork patty tasted pretty good and the pulled pork with the coleslaw was delicious. The fries were interesting since they were rounds of potatoes and the sauce they give to dip was good, as well. My coworkers got the onion rings and said they were really good.

You know when you go to a restaurant, eat something, and wonder "why on earth would someone order anything else here?!?" That's the smoked Gouda bacon cheeseburger at Wilbo's. It was delicious. I've decided it was the best burger I've eaten. And I lived in NYC the last 7 years scouring Manhattan for that perfect burger. I didn't find it because it lives in Iowa.

The burgers are really good and juicy, although it can get really greasy and too oily but that's only sometimes. i think it's pretty seasoned most of the time. my favorite would be the fried mushroom. but whatever you do, DO NOT get the fries. they're are way too salty. anyway, the staff was nice though.

Immediate seating. Best burger I've had in years. The onion rings weren't the best, but they aren't frozen so you've gotta appreciate that. I got the Mac and cheese crisps were good! The service was excellent, bartenders are very nice. It's conveniently located in a great area of the city with street parking across the street.

I have traveled around this country and have eaten a lot of great burgers. This place has made my top list. Great bar selection to start and staff is well trained. I like the option of building my burger and all ingredients and top of the line. Their fries are the best part like a traditional breakfast home fry but better. Order their beer cheese sauce and put it on everything!

Good burger. Clean and sleek environment. Make your own burger concept. Had a single 5oz beef patty with fresh sliced jalapeño and two cheese selections. Burger was of quality meat which you could taste. I believe they use a griddle/flat top grill which produces a nice crust and caramelization. Only thing I would do different and this isn't necessarily the restaurants fault, would be to order no oil or butter on the bun, just to have it toasted dry. The bun seemed a little saturated in what I assume was a margarine or butter. It should be noted that I am picky about unnecessary fats and know

We have had good luck with food on Main Street and this was another win. Although the food was slightly greasy, it didn't take away from the taste. Only took off 1 star because of the beer selection. This place would only be better if they purchased a tap with the regular beers.
Went with the build a burger option (didn't want the pulled pork or vegetarian burger). One beef patty was PLENTY enough. The crispy Mac & cheese patty they constructed was phenomenal and made the entire meal 3x better.

Five star food and decor hands down. Fun, hip, clean restaurant that offers burgers, brats and hotdogs. They have a bar with mixed drinks and bottled beers. The food is fresh and unique. No frozen bagged French fries here.
Four star service. I just think it was too busy and our server got side tracked. She was nice but it took her a while to get our order and after our food came she kind of disappeared. We were actually done eating for at least 15 minutes before she brought us the bill. She at least apologized for the wait. But it was terribly awkward.

Over all great experience! Love the atmosphere and the nice big booths by the windows are really nice! They had good music playing the whole time and it wasn't too loud so we could hear each other while we ate. The waitress was great, very helpful and friendly. The fried pickles were amazing! I would go back just for those! I had the BLT brat and my husband had the Spicy One brat. The brats themselves are lacking flavor so the BLT one was just ok. The Spicy One with all the peppers gave a lot more flavor to the brat so that one was pretty good.

Update: We have it another shot. No drink specials. Still no beer on tap. My burger was fine. My sad pile of sweet potato fries were dripping with grease. And my husband said the baseball field has ten times better Chicago dogs. We will not be returning.

We had window-peeped this restaurant one day before it was open and decided we needed to come back and try it.
Last night, we came in around six, and found a table right away (seat yourself). The tables are lovely!! They are planks of different wood held together to make beautiful stripes of color from the different types of wood.

Food was okay but way overpriced. Service was nice and clean environment, at least until I walked out.
The price for brats and hotdogs ranges between six and eight dollars which does not include any sides.
As we were leaving I saw they weren't washing baskets just wiping down. Super gross!!! When I pointed this out to my hubby he realized his paper tore which means his food touched the basket.
They seem to have a wide selection of mixed drinks but food really seems to be an afterthought.
