Our planning program is an incredibly comprehensive program that is included with every Connecticut Wedding Group wedding! Also, our experience with CT wedding group was amazing! They always answered all of our questions and never left us hanging. When we were stuck, they always had great advice and definitely kept us on track since we have no clue what we were doing.
Our acceptance of any payments by credit card includes the understanding and agreement between You and Us that in exchange for accepting a credit card payment, You agree to pay a convenience fee, You agree not to dispute any charge for any reason, and You further agree that the only method of conflict resolution, disputes, or requests for refunds will be by those set forth in this Agreement.

I cannot say enough great things about CT Wedding Group! They were there for us throughout the whole planning process, answering all of our questions no matter how many we asked.
We got married at The Pavilion on Crystal Lake on 10/22/2021 and it was PERFECT. Our coordinator Shelby was absolutely amazing and all of the staff was wonderful.
CT Wedding Group really does it all and keeps us brides at ease throughout the whole process. I highly recommend !!!!

This place puts young couples in a bad way. They sell their venues like used car salesmen, are vague on the details of the costs, and then require a non-refundable $3K deposit. Then when you really investigate the costs, you realize you cannot afford it all, and then they take the deposit. Be careful with this place...

This venue was perfect! The entire wedding planning process was smooth and easy thanks to the team of professional, fun, and extremely knowledgeable staff. Our wedding planner, Lindsay, not only made the day run smooth but she also was responsive to me and my husband the whole time. The lead server, Lexi, was AMAZING and fun. She made sure we got to try all of the food - which was SO yummy. Our guests could not say enough good things about the atmosphere (beautiful), the food (delicious), the staff (nice, fun, fast), and their overall amazing experience at our wedding. My wife and I had our wedding reception here January of 2019. Our experience was amazing!!! The entire staff was friendly and professional. Michelle, cait, and Cathy helped to coordinate and were all exceptional to work with. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was and how beautiful everything turned out. The word that everyone kept using to describe it was "perfect" from my bride, to her parents and my parents, to all our guests. Nobody had a single complaint or something negative to say.
