Love this company so far. I wish they were Nation wide. But if I was going to change anything that I know of this company so far would be the searching. It doesn't do out side of city limits. I'm looking for a country house near or between Winfield and ? I have property for sale out of state and this company is ks based only but I would go with these guys than anyone else.? Why because they don't discriminate properties.

Do not work with Chad Harris. This was my review on his remax of hutchinson and make sure to look my attach picture of his insulting me about my deceased dad.
Extremely disappointed with Chad Harris.
Get a cash offer on a property. Then the guy breaks into the property and stays overnight. The next day I go over to asset the situation and get the cops to come.
I should of press chargers right away looking back. Chad tells me the guy wants to go under contract the next day. I tell him want a lot for earnest money. We sign the contract and I ask Chad if he got any financial data before this. Chad
