Rhonda Douglas was AMAZING during the selling of my home. She has incredible insight and it is obvious that she knows exactly what she is doing. The entire selling process was so smooth thanks to her. She was always available to answer questions and never overstepped or pushed me into any direction. I would recommend her to anyone.

In the 5 years I've rented from Cardinal, there has only been one issue. My A/C broke on a Friday and they wouldn't send a technician out to replace it until the following Monday. That was a bummer, but once it was replaced they credited me for the amount I spent on a window ac unit (dog days of summer). Other than that the staff has always been professional and courteous to me. They've allowed me to stay in one place and save to purchase a home. Rhonda and Amber will be spearheading that process too.

Cardinal Realty Group is the most professional realty group I have ever worked with. They are great to respond to all of your needs and they are very quick with selling homes. My home was literally on the market for less than one day when I had several people show it and had a contract by the end of the first day. Within 60 days it closed and I was able to get the price that I needed. Working with Rhonda is always a pleasure and I would highly recommend this amazing team. Just to note, she’s also helped me buy and build a home. She’s incredible, honest, and trustworthy.
