Great company to work for! From the owner to the dispatchers to the mechanics and all of the office staff. Very professional company. Great equipment. They really do treat you like family, your not just a number. I was enrolled in their training program and it was very detailed and really one on one. Plus they hire you after you graduate. Never a shortage of work. Excellent pay (weekly) and benefits from day one. Best place in my opinion, been here going on three yrs and wouldn’t even think about another trucking company!

Best company I’ve worked for. I’ve worked for a few companies and many times what your told during the hiring isn’t the same once you get in the driver seat. This is not the case with Grace, everything has been great and exactly what I was told dedicated trucks, good lanes, weekly pay, great facility with wash bay and mechanic on site. Super helpful staff. Best equipment in southwestern Ontario, lots of miles averaging 7100 miles per week running team.

Poor management dispatch is a disgrace. They must be having money problems as I was refunded $309 from National Truck League and they are going to hang on to it for 90 days along with my $5,000 hold back. Disgraceful is all I can say. Definitely a company that is moving in the direction of training their own drivers from scratch. We'll see how their insurance works out with that

Driving east on rt 86 in NY this morning about 5:10am I was about to pass one of their trucks when the trucker decided to pull into the passing lane I was in to pass a truck in front of him. His lights on the trailer were flashing on and off and I had to slam on the brakes to not be ran over by the rear tires of the trailer. Then after 4 miles he finally passes the pickup truck and leaves his hi beams on for me when I pass him. They obviously hire anyone with a license.
