Soar Services will continue to provide all services at this time. The small office composition at all SOAR locations matches Governor Evers' mandated gathering restriction of less than 10 people. Telehealth is being offered by some providers, if you desire to use this method of "meeting" for your appointment.

You must sign a consent form prior to the Telehealth appointment, which we can help you with. Please call the SOAR main office at 715/468-2841 if you would like to cancel your appointment or wish to have a Telehealth appointment. We provide quality and confidential outpatient mental health services to individuals, couples and families - to help discover new ways to develop their potential.

My experience at soar has been really great the past year. Angela is my counselor and I would highly recommend her. She is respectful of your pace and priorities and cares about your wellbeing. I think my progress is more lasting because of her support and guidance while encouraging me to be autonomous about my self-discovery and healing. Also has a lot of great practical exercises that I've incorporated into my daily life!

The lady I had an appointment with was wonderful, however the receptionist was horrible and unprofessional. She was short with me and rude. I asked to cancel and she was super short with me and I wanted to confirm and said “so is it canceled?” To which she replied “Well if that’s what you WANT” and I said “yes, thank you-“ and she hung up on me mid sentence. What a terrible way to handle a phone call. I hope she schedules an appointment for herself.

My therapist Holly is very nice and helpful. If i didn’t like her as much as i did I wouldn’t be going anymore.

I called to set up an intake session appointment, but they didn't have any openings until June 2nd.
I am unable to wait two weeks, and had mentioned the urgency.
Upon hearing the nearest available date, I responded with "I am sorry but I may have to try another service."
I was immediately hung up on.
I was surprised to be treated rudely by the behavior of the receptionist at a behavioral health clinic.
Perhaps she should set up an appointment for herself...
Best of luck to that woman.
*Edit: I feel I should mention that had she let me finish my sentence, I would have let her know that they
