Services
EXPERIENCE Kim started her career as a Case Manager for persons with severe and persistent mental health. She then went on to work as a Social Worker, aiding individuals and families with mental health concerns, leading teams under a comprehensive systems approach to wellness. Currently, Kim works on program expansion and provides clinical supervision to our team of therapists.
Our staff is trained to help those in need; our most common services include those listed below. Please call us for more information if your desired area of service is not listed. Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events.
This group is for adolescent girls ages 12-15 who are looking to build and improve their self-esteem and confidence. Group members will work together to discuss similar experiences related to self-esteem. They will learn and implement skills for boosting self-esteem as well as coping with stress and anxiety that may stem from low self-esteem.

Provides affordable housing opportunities for low-income, elderly, and disabled residents of Barron County. Over the years we have done many things to innovate and fill gaps in housing all over Wisconsin. We collaborate with and support local efforts to build on their resources. We offer programs that help pay first months of rent and help find housing for low income families.

Selena Nelson is a very special person. Randall Therapeutic is so very lucky to have this lady!! She’s been able to connect with my daughter, when it was impossible to. She was able to communicate and open my daughter up to work through her troubles and see a different path. Without going to far into it, Selena has absolutely help my… relationship with my daughter and my family. She’s so loving and she absolutely cares about every single person she sees.
