Fantastic service! My knuckle-headed teen son locked his only pair of car keys in his car and needed to head out for a date of all things that afternoon. A quick call to Pros On Call was replied to ASAP and Josh was at our doorstop within an hour. Josh got my son's car unlocked in 5 minutes and also made an extra copy of my son's keys right there we could stash inside the house so he's never lock himself out again. Highly recommend!!

I am not normally one to write negative reviews but that's how much I CANNOT recommend this company for rekey servicing and hope others learn from my experience.
My husband and I bought our 1st home and called Pros on Call to come rekey the front and back door. Be aware that you do go through a service call center (seems like they are nationally owned or this is just one branch of their company.)
My husband was here when Michael came out to rekey both doors. We asked that the front and back door both be completely rekeyed and were quoted a price. They tested the job but unfortunately forgot

My apartment complex told me that I owed $1200 for a small little 'incident' I had with my garage door. Oops‍ (see pics below). After calling dozens of companies around town, I finally found these guys and they were at my house in less than an hour. They had the door ordered that night & were there to replaced the damaged door the next morning. They only charged me $650 and did an absolutely magnificent job in less than an hour. Compared to the $1200 I was about to have to pay, this was a total life-changer! They then even offered to take me to lunch just in case I was hungry! They

This company uses unfair business tactics. DO NOT hire them unless you want to pay more than quoted!!!! I live in Round Rock Texas and I locked my keys inside my car. I live in an apartment complex and drive a 2013 Buick. I called this company to have them unlock my car. I was asked my address, my contact number, my location and the make and model of my vehicle. I answered every question precisely. I asked how long it would take and the price. I was told 25 minutes, $15 for the technician to come out and $45 for the lockout. That's about what everyone else was charging considering it&apos

Alex our locksmith was very polite and got the job done. It was just the handle lock and it took maybe 2 minutes. When I called, it was so loud in the background that the woman could barely hear me and asked me the same question several times. Also, when she gave the quote she said 29 for them to drive out and starting at $40 for the lock but it goes up depending on difficulty. A two minute unlocking cost $91. I told Alex I felt that was unfair and he lowered it to $71. Very unhappy with the gouge once the job was done although I don't know if he decides that or if it's the company. Won
