We had a group of 28 of us coming and going from MCO airport to our hotel and an additional trip from our hotel to Universal Studios. Our drivers were prompt, professional, and kind. Joe was especially helpful while booking these reservations. Each pick up date had a different number of people and Joe helped me to clarify all the small details with every reservation. I would highly recommend this company!

Highly Recommend using Ace Luxury. We traveled in and out of Orlando International Airport and used the car services to and from Port Carnival Cruise Ship Terminal. Service was seamless from booking online to pick up at both locations. FELIPE was amazing, very personal and made our trip very comfortable. I was so nervous about coming to Orlando and handing my driving over to anyone else. Sahid, Walter, and Jose all provided top notch service and made the commute between parks and other places so very enjoyable. The communication was great and I was never once concerned about a ride canceling. They showed up with plenty of time to get us to and from.. in addition, we had toddlers that ended up getting tired and were able to come slightly earlier than scheduled. Great group! Recommend them all day!

We used this company for the first time. And I was very pleased with the whole experience. The online reservation process was easy and the follow up emails from Ace found errors I made making my reservations. Lots of emails confirming details prior to my trip and text messages with drivers picture and info. The drivers were very professional and I felt safe and comfortable on both trips. Leading up to our ride, we were notified 24 hours in advance when we would be picked up and who our driver would be. On the day of our ride, we were notified our driver was on the way. He was not only on time but a few minutes early, which was great. The van was clean and our car seats we requested were installed and ready to go. Our driver, Jose, was friendly and professional and we will definitely be using Ace in the future!

I scheduled a ride from MCO to the Disney Dream cruise ship on 9/20 and then a return ride on 9/24. There were multiple updates from Ace Luxury Trans, both via text and email. We had a great experience with our driver Walter from Ace Luxury Transportation. On-time, reliable, had car seats as requested, and gave some helpful advice about places to go in the area. We had multiple hotel pickups around Orlando on the way to a cruise departure from Port Canaveral, and then pickup from the cruise ship (we did sight seeing and then to the airport). Walter was our driver in both directions and handled everything exceptionally!

Today Mr. Gil arrived promptly to great us just as advertised though company video. He located our baggage claim pick up area for us and gathered our luggages Shortly afterwards. Mr Gil then lead us to our elite vehicle which was clean, comfortable and spacious.
As Mr. Gil drove us to our port of call he engaged us in pleasant conversation.
Once arriving at our port to embark on the carnival Magic he ensured our drop off was at the door and that handlers took our luggage to our room before wishing us a wonderful restful trip.

I used Ace Luxury in March 2013 for a three way trip: from an Orlando area hotel to Port Canaveral cruise terminal, from Port Canaveral to Disney World, and from a Disney World hotel to the airport. The driver was early at both hotel pickups, but we waited a bit at the cruise terminal. I believe the wait at the terminal is just the way it is because there are so many people leaving at once. It is just tough waiting with 4 young children...each minute seems like an eternity. Booked Ace to transport our family round trip to a cruise and the airport. I was nervous about this, but they delivered on all expectations as stated. I would most certainly recommend and use Ace's service again when in the Orlando area. The drivers were prompt, courteous, and professional.

Solid service from Orlando airport to the Port Canaveral cruise port area. Our flights were delayed, but the driver monitored them and was on time. He helped us with our bags and was very nice. No complaints about his driving, and we arrived at our hotel timely and safe. We were supposed to have a car, but it ended up being a van. It wasn't a big deal to us though. I would use them again if I travel to the area in the future.

When I saw what the cruise ship wanted per person, I booked a SUV for my family of five. Even with driver tip, it saved us $50 from the cruise ship cost plus we didn't have to wait for other people to fill a bus or van and got driven straight to the terminal at Orlando Intl. We made it in great time which heped since we had a short timeline to make it by and our driver Leonard was very nice sharing some details about the area as we drove. We got picked up within 5 mintues of the agreed time and within 15 minutes of us calling to save we were done with customs.

We recently used Ace to get from a hotel near the airport to Port Canaveral for the Disney Cruise. They were very prompt in both directions. On the way to the cruise, the driver was waiting outside our hotel before the appointed time. On the way back, the pick up was pretty quick.
One issue though, the driver on our way back was very anxious to get going and we had to ask him to stop three times so that I could buckle my kids in. I used Ace for transport from the airport to a hotel and then from a cruise to another hotel. I was VERY impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Our flight into Orlando was delayed for an hour by weather and the driver was unflappable. He met us at baggage claim, helped us with our bags, and got us to our hotel as swiftly as possible. When we left our cruise on the other end, my 3 year old cried the entire ride and again, another driver was unflappable. He even set up a DVD to try and calm her. Used Ace for transport to our cruise at Port Canaveral. Their service was excellent. Our driver arrived at our hotel 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick up - a great bonus with excited kids ready to cruise. The driver was courteous and helpful. The vehicle was well maintained and clean. On our post cruise pick up there was only a brief wait as expected. Watching the other passengers load into crowded minibuses I was so glad for our private car. The expense was the same as Disney's transport buses and so much easier and comfortable. We will book with Ace for all our future transport
