We can either get in touch with your Prescriber for a prescription, or we can contact your previous Pharmacy and have them send us your prescription. Either way, we'll take care of it! Medical Supplies may be covered or not based on the type of Insurance you have and whether we are contracted with that specific Insurance company.

Great little mom and pop pharmacy! It has almost anything you can possibly imagine that a pharmacy should have and a heck of a lot more specialized things that the bigger chain pharmacy stores don't. The people working there are very nice and super helpful. PLUS, they even had rapid Covid tests available at the register! Right on!

Honestly,
I don't write reviews but the staff here are very friendly.
I only came to get my vaccine doses and they made the whole process easy and welcoming for me.
Amy was especially helpful, Im not a fan of needles so she was very good at distracting me with jokes before she shot me with good ol' moderna not once but twice.

I came in to get my COVID-19 Booster shot and despite coming in late for my appointment, I was met with great customer service from all of the staff. It happened quickly and the administrator didn't just jab the needle in (something I've been kinda dreading to experience after hearing of some encounters at other sites that offer any of the COVID-19 vaccines). A true gentle touch!

Great service first time in This pharmacy and Lee was the first to attend me was very sweet and helpful she helped me get my medicine super fast since I was coming from far.. my prescription was ready within 20 minutes super quick and then amu was great with pickup and explaining the medication to me.. thank you to both ladies great service

So so thankful for Sierra Compounding! My little fur baby needed to get some Cerenia ASAP - I was so desperate because the compounding pharmacy I normally get it from was out of stock! My local compounding pharmacy wouldn't return my calls for a refill so i gave these folks a call...excellent customer care on the phone, and although they were backed up and very busy, they accepted my plea to have my prescription compounded for my dog...yes, my dog...very important to me. i had to wait a bit but it was ready in a couple hours and she took extra time to explain the dosage and info on the meds. They will take great care of you no matter what your needs...they were kind and patient to everyone in line as well.

Sierra is all purpose. I get walkers for Mom, she needs more supplies as she ages. I grab her sweet little gifts too.
I live in Santa Monica so I can't always make it.
Sierra delivers her prescription!
Their selection of walkers and everything else is amazing.
The postal center is really handy too. Like a little Kinko's!

I use the pharmacy for compounding medicines for my pet and have advised the vet I use the professionalism of Sierra pharmacy. The vet in the past sent prescriptions to Arizona and it took many days and excessive shipping charges to get the medicines. By using Sierra the vet send the prescription to Sierra and I get the medicine immediately and at a more reasonable cost than was in the past from Arizona. I also use the pharmacy for medicines I use and am very satisfied with the treatment I get.

I normally go to Sierra Pharmacy in San Bernardino ( their sister pharmacy-same owner) for my prescriptions. Luckily, this Sierra Pharmacy in Rancho Cucamonga was able to fill my dog’s compounded medications and flavored them with chicken flavor. They were able to get it ready the same day and offered me reasonable pricing. The staff is friendly, competent, and very helpful.

I usually come to to get my thyroid medication and on previous experiences everything has been good. However today, I came to pick up my medicine and doors are yet to open. Sign says they open at 9:30 and currently it's 9:50 and doors are still not open. I called and no one answers. There is other customers also waiting for the doors to open. This is ridiculous! I have a limited time schedule as many of us do, but at least respect your opening times.

My RX is for my 18 year old cat for thyroid medication. The compound pharmacist was able to provide the medication in a cream for easy application to the ears instead of trying to force Zoe to drink the medication.
The staff is very helpful and kind. The pharmacy is clean and well organized. The compound pharmacist sat with me to explain medication application and answer any questions. She even called me weeks later to find out how the medication application was going!
Will definitely recommend this pharmacy to all.
