In addtion to the convenients of a traditional retail pharmacy, we provide also personalized cares to all our patients from prescription drugs, OTC to vaccination or DME services. Our MTM (medication management therapy) service help patient understand and manage their medication therapy.
MTM also help to improve compliance and communication with the prescriber. Your refills can be ordered at by using a computer or smart phone. Your must register for the first time with your birthday, telephone and one of your prescription numbers. Please allow us at least few hours before you would like to pick up.

So, I've been a customer of Arrow for over 10+years for my pain meds for Sickle Cell Anemia. I live in Westchester, NY and for a spell used a local CVS pharmacy for convenience and was beyond disappointed once CVS refused to honor my refills that they filled for a year, same doctor, same script and all. Stu spoke with me, spoke w my doctor at the time and welcomed me back as if no time was lost. Never do I feel minimized or harassed or judged for what I'm medically prescribed to manage my pain. Absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. I don’t live near but only trust them since they truly care about you as a human. They know my medications and will advise if they know something I’m taking from one dr may interact with another drs prescription for me. I’ve been going here over 17 yrs and although I live in Queens and don’t always have the luxury of working close by I truly believe they have saved my life. They were the only ones to figure out why I was having a reaction to my cardiac medication. Everyone thought it was because I was in my 20s that I was OK but they listened to me
